Not as brutal as Rina Kings Stories and not just as funny as C.M. Owen’s but I really like Elle’s way of story telling. It’s not really new and seat grabbing but it’s warm, nice, sexy and honest. This would have been my teenage dreams some years back

Nach The Deal wollte ich unbedingt erfahren wie es weitergeht bei den 🏑 jungs und was soll ich sagen, ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!Es ist einfach alles dabei, Humor, ernste Thema die richtig behandelt werden und ganz viel 🌶️. Es macht einfach soviel Spaß, zu lesen wie die jungs sich gegenseitig Supporten aber auch immer wieder auf den Arm nehmen.😏 sehr sehr unterhaltsam!Ich liebe diese Reihe einfach und bin mega gespannt auf Dean 😏.

What can I say other than I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THIS BOOK! Grace and Logan are such sweethearts and literally perfect for each other. She came into his life when he needed her the most, helped him heal and together they created a beautiful love story. I must admit Garret and Hannah and Allie and Dean (Yep, I’m writing this review after I read The Score) kept me more on my toes but Grace and Logan are my precious babies that I keep tucked away in a special place in my heart and keep them protected at all costs. The whole Off-Campus Series is frick*n perfect!

I enjoyed this a lot!Logan and Grace were so cute together and they had a lot of healthy communication and mutual understanding which I really enjoyed.The spice was also ready good and I love me a guy that puts the woman first 😏

This is the second book in the Off-Campus series, which is a character-connected series..When Logan, once again, tries to get away from his house, he decides to go to a party his friend is having. But thanks to an address mix up, Logan ends up in Grace's dorm room. They connect over their shared interest in action movies and start talking. Grace turns out to be a great distraction for Logan and his feelings for another girl. When Grace and Logan start to get closer he is unsure about what he actually feels, causing Grace to push him away. But Logan is determined to not let her go..Grace is a freshman. With no filter when it comes to talking to guys. She is sweet, funny, smart, and supportive. And from what I read I think that I am in the minority but for some reason, I just didn't click with her. 🤷‍♀️.Logan is a defenseman of the Briar University hockey team. He is cocky but funny, sexy, charming, and romantic..I love how Logan didn't run from his feelings and fought for Grace. I love them together and their chemistry. Even though I enjoyed reading The Deal a little more, this book was still easy and fun to read.

Elle Kennedy ganhou um lugar na minha lista de autoras favoritas. Não imaginava que me veria tão envolvida numa história de jovens universitários, mas a maneira com que ela descreve as cenas nos faz sentir tão próximos aos personagens que é impossível largar o livro.Confesso que depois de ler o primeiro e amar, fiquei com medo que o segundo fosse mais do mesmo, mas não foi. Acho que acabei gostando mais do segundo, inclusive, o que achei que seria impossível.Agora terei que comprar o terceiro livro da série!

Regardless of the actual novel, the ebook version was missing a few pages. It's usually one page in between. It's still possible to follow the story line but it still was a quite a big disadvantage. It would be great if they could revise the ebook version.

Loved it from the start till the end

The Mistake is the second novel in Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus series and follows hockey player John Logan, who we first meet in The Deal. Logan is Garrett’s best friend and lives with him and two other hockey-players/friends in an off-campus house. On his way to a party he accidentally runs into Grace Ivers, a Freshman at Briar University. What starts off as fun and easy hook-ups, ends soon in a disaster. Logan messes up pretty badly which makes Grace run for the hills. Luckily summer vacation is just around the corner and Grace won’t have to face Logan again – at least for a little while.Back at Briar after summer vacation, Grace is older, wiser and finally a Sophomore and she won’t let Logan sweet-talk her in forgiving him. But Logan is determined and never misses an opportunity to make her see that he regrets his mistake. And Grace? She will make Logan work for his forgiveness. ;)As I mentioned in my previous review, I read The Deal twice. Needless to say I was super excited for Logan’s story! But unfortunately, The Mistake was not as good as I hoped it would be. I can’t really say what exactly it was that made me rate that book 4 stars instead of 5. Don’t get me wrong, The Mistake is still a good book and I definitely recommend it to everyone who has read The Deal, but there was something missing in the story.Grace is a new character to the series and apparently a psych student. What I really liked about Grace was her love for action movies!Logan is the typical cocky hockey player. His time at Briar consists of parties, hockey, women, studying and more parties and women. But Logan is not a bad guy! He really cares for his friends and family.Just so you know: the end of The Mistake turned into a real cheese-fest, which was weird, because there was no cheese before – I could’ve lived without it, tho. ;)

It then got buried on my kindle and I just realized I hadn’t yet gotten to read it and I moved up the list. I’m so very glad that I did, I love Elle Kennedy’s style of writing and being a Canadian I have a real soft spot for handsome, cocky, hockey players. I love that this book was a fabulous balance of sexy and steamy, sweet and sassy, funny and emotional. I love the characters, every single one of them. I especially love that the female main characters are spunky and sassy. The story line was great and I thought that the banter between characters was very amusing. I love that each book has a happily ever after and I’m really excited now to begin reading The Score. I hope that each and every one of the crew is given their own story in this series before it ends, because now I’m addicted. I’m reading The Score next; I’m excited to read Ali and Dean’s story. If you have not yet begun to read this series, I highly recommend it; I am loving this series by this fabulous Canadian author.“This guy continues to surprise me. To awe me. This is the second part of Mrs. Kennedys Off Campus Series, the first book being : The deal.The main male characters are male hockey players during their time at University. Most of them qre not only HOCKEY Players, but simply PLAYERS.This is the Story of John Logan, whom we met in The deal. He has Problems he deals with, his life after School, but he is also suffering about whom he is in love with. When he meets Grace he is intriged but does not want to betray her... Until it's too late he doesn't understand that she is the one for him. Now he has to set things right, but she does not want to get hurt again by him.The characters are nice and it is enjoyable to meet the ones from "the deal" again. Logan and Grace are smart and fun. The Story has rythm and the feelings of both are understandable. It is an overall very nice and fun read. I am very curious if there is going to be a third book in this series.Enjoy the read MBTM
