Bought this on impulse, at last a good guide to North African Cookery, spent close to a month eating North Africa.Recipes easily adapted and can use your own take on spices etc. inplace of the ones in recipes if you have the knowhow. A good book for you to start with if you are a beginner, and a book for the more experienced to build on.

This is a wonderful book with a vast number of recipes. There are abundant photos included but it would be impractical to have a photo of every finished recipe as one reviewer wants. It is not a child’s story book and does not warrant a one star review as provided by this reviewer.
