TG Thermal Putty ist eine elektrisch nichtleitende Alternative zu herkömmlichen Wärmeleitpads. Als leicht aufzutragender und flexibler „Gap-Filler“ gleicht es Höhenunterschiede aus und eignet sich somit ideal als Ersatz für Wärmeleitpads auf Grafikkarten.

This thermal putty is a must for anyone looking to preserve an older GPU. I currently have a 2080 TI that was running a bit hot, reaching temps of about 86°C. When I opened it up and replaced the old thermal pads with this putty, it dropped my temps to 39°C. I really recommend this product. It is pricey but worth every penny in my opinion.

Used in rtx 4090 water cooled build, I couldn’t thermal throttle my gpu even if I tried to. this is a phenomenal product, it is a little different to shape and apply but completely worth it

Having rebuilt several "overworked" GPUs over the past year I have to say this product is a game changer in the best way possible. Depending on the manufacturer or maybe even the manufacture date most of my GPU's have had randomly sized thermal pad thicknesses which is the most annoying part of any rebuild. Those pads are crazy expensive and to find that you still have a .3 gap left over to fill after fitting is infuriating. This paste easily solves this issue in the best way possible - not only can you built it up as needed it has way more surface contact in between components. Rebuilt an old GTX1080ti and the idle temps dropped from 63C to 32C (also re-pasted the GPU with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut) but on a brand new RTX3060 which hovered near 47C at idle now dropped to 34C - no other changes - no new fans - no increase in fan settings and not even a re-paste of the GPU itself. Just replacing the pads with this putty. Neither card even gets above the mid 70's now even under crazy heavy AI workloads with the fans rarely kicking on more than 40%. Great stuff.

I bought the Pro version of the putty and so far it works great. All the memory temps are within acceptable values. Temperatures for the VRAMs hovers around 50C when I am gaming. I own a MSI RTX 4080 Trio X.Now the bad part atleast for me. This stuff is messy to work with. It's more like wet cookie dough than putty and it's more soft and smeary when it starts to warm up in your hands. This makes it extremely hard to form and apply onto the VRAMS. I have used the mini paddles that they included but it's still difficult to apply. I feel like they should put this stuff in a very large syringe or something.
