Freue mich! Mein ASUS Mainboard hat nur einen Gehäuselüfter Anschluss und der eine Lüfter war mit der Wärmeabfuhr hoffnungslos überfordert, so dass er oft lärmend unter Volllast lief. Wie Allgemein bekannt: hohe Temperaturen im PC sind Gift für die Komponenten und gehen auf die Lebensdauer. Da ein Thermaltake Midi-Tower vorhanden ist habe ich diesen Thermaltake Commander FP Lüfterverteiler bestellt. Im Umfang ist das Anschlusskabel vom Mainboard zum Verteiler enthalten. Easy: Mainboard mit Verteiler verbunden. Verteiler mit zusätzlichen Strom vom Netzteil versorgt (eine freie L-Type Sata Power Buchse muss vorhanden sein) und die vorhandenen Gehäuselüfter mit den seitlichen Ports verbinden, dabei ist es egal, ob der Lüfter einen drei- oder vier-poligen Stecker hat. Fertig. Mitgeliefert wurden Kurzanleitung, zwei Satz selbstklebende 3M Klettverbinder mit denen man den Verteiler direkt im Gehäuse installieren kann und vier verstellbare, wiederverwendbare Kabelbinder. Alles zusammen sauber im kleinen Karton geliefert. Perfekt! Übrigens leuchtet die LED vom Verteiler nach dem Power-on im Gehäuse hübsch blau.

SATA Stecker sehr wackelig, als wäre er auf dem PCB-Board nicht richtig befestigt. Auch der Rest zeugt vom fragwürdigen Qualitätsverständnis. Im Gegensatz zu den Fans ist diese Produkt von Thermaltake eine totale Enttäuschung.

Hier wird so unglaublich viel Unsinn über den Commander erzählt, das sollte verboten und gelöscht werden!Also, der Commander nimmt das PWM Signal vom Mainboard, führt dieses zu Port 1 des Hubs und an diesen Port orientieren sich alle anderen angeschlossen Lüfter.Es funktioniert also BESTENS, dass man mit diesem Commander ALLE Lüfter im Gehäuse temperatur- oder spannungsabhängig regeln kann!Dazu müssen alle Lüfter SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH mind. einen dreipoligen Anschluss haben und PWM fähig sein.Es gibt für den Commander keine Software, wozu auch? Jedes Bios, das nicht älter als 6 Jahre ist, kann PWM Lüfter temperaturabhängig steuern und das reicht!Das Teil ist perfekt, es ist für die Montage allea dabei und die Qualität ist auch zufriedenstellend!Man muss halt einfach nur ein bisschen Ahnung von dem haben, was man da tut.Besten Dank Thermaltake!

Die Rezessionen über dieses Produkt sind recht gemischt bei den einen funktionier es und bei den anderen nicht.Doch was genau kauft man hier eigentlich?Wie es der Name erahnen lässt ist es ein Lüfter Hub an dem man bis zu 10 Lüfter anschließen kann.Der Einbau an sich ist relativ simpel und lässt sich mit den Klettpads ganz gut an die vorgesehene Position bringen.Der Anschluss ist ebenfalls einfach das Mitgelieferte FAN Kabel anschließen und mit dem Mainboard verbinden wichtig ist dass, das Mainboard ein freien 4 Pin Anschluss hat für die PWM Steuerung sonst wird es wohl nicht funktionieren.Dann ein freies SATA Kabel aus dem Kabelstrang des Netzteils suchen und das gerät ist Einsatzbereit.Jetzt muss nur noch wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden den ersten Lüfter rechts neben dem FAN Kabel anschließen.Dann können die anderen bis zu neun Lüfter ebenfalls angeschlossen werden.Es werden eben nur PWM Lüfter erkannt also mit 4 Pin Anschluss Lüfter mit Frei Pin Anschluss werden nicht erkannt das aber auch logisch Ich selbst hab den Test gemacht und Lüfter mit 3 und 4 Pin Anschlüssen an das Hab angeschlossen.Mit dem Ergebnis das die Lüfter mit 3 Pin Anschlüssen vom Gerät nicht erkannt wurden und die 4 Pin Lüfter in meinem Fall die Be Quit! Silent Wings 3 anliefen sobald sie benötigt wurden.Es gibt nur Frei Punkte die man verbessern könnte1. Der kleine Stecker der an das Hub angeschlossen wird sitzt wirklich fest drin was gut ist andererseits wenn man ihn wider lösen möchte könnte es passieren das man abreißt.2. Die Klebepads halten zwar im ersten Moment sehr gut lassen dann aber schnell nach wenn man wie Ich das Hub senkrecht verbaut hat.3. Fehlende SoftwareIn meinem Fall kann ich zwar über das ASUS AI Suite 3 erkennen das FAN 3 belegt ist mit dem HUB aber eine direkt Lüftersteuerung von Thermaltake für dieses Produkt gib es nicht und es wird auch nicht auf der Verpackung auf eine Seite hingewiesen wo man sich eventuell eine Software runterladen könnte.Man kann die angeschlossenen Lüfter also nicht direkt und einzeln Steuern was schade ist denn so ist man vom Hersteller des Mainboards abhängig.In meinen Augen macht das Hub was es soll es bietet 10 PWM Lüfter Platz und das ist schon viel Wert und mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen hätte es auch 5 Sterne verdient.

Like me you’ve probably been reduced to looking at PWM fan hubs for all those case fans you have installed in your computer (even more necessary now that summer is upon us!). You’ve got a few new fans you bought, excited you open up your case to put them all in and BAM you motherboard only has 2, yup 2 system fan headers…I have no idea why motherboard manufacturers have decided that RGB headers on a motherboard are more important than fan headers but low and behold this is the current situation, yes I’m looking at you Gigabyte. In fairness it’s probably because I have one of the mid-range motherboards and not a “premium” one but still cooling is more important than RGB motherboard makers!Anyway…I went off on a bit of a tangent then so if you have the same problem I did with system fan headers then say hello to the Thermaltake FP -10 Commander Port Hub! It’s a 10 port PWM controlled fan hub (yes it’s in the title I know) that allows you to plug 10 system fans, yup you read that right 10 system fans into a single fan header on your motherboard!In the box you get: Thermaltake FP-10 PWM Fan Hub PWM Signal Cable SATA Power Cable 2 x Velcro Sticky pads 5 x beaded cable tiesInstalling the Thermaltake FP -10 Commander is quite straight forward. You stick it into your case using the supplied velcro pads, however the velcro on these pads isn’t the best and it does tend to move about if nudged so if you know you won’t be wanting to move it for quite some time it may be worth using double sticky sided adhesive squares or your other preferred method to prevent it going anywhere!Next is to plug the hub into an available SATA connector off your power supply, after all it’ll be nigh on impossible for your motherboard to power 10 fans off a single fan header so don’t forget this step!We then have to plug the PWM signal cable into the hub and then into a system fan header on the motherboard, this is to enable the motherboard to get an RPM reading off the fan hub so it knows there is fan-spin.Finally you plug your fans into the hub making sure that the fan you wish to take the RPM reading from is plugged into the shiny port on the hub otherwise if this is left empty your motherboard won’t get an RPM reading from it. This hub works best if you use fans that all have the same RPM rating as the hub can’t control individual fans it attempts to run all fans connected to it at the PWM/RPM of the fan connected to the shiny fan port.You’ll know if you’ve connected it all up right because a little blue light will illuminate on the hub to tell you that it’s receiving power and when you check your system monitoring software you’ll get an RPM reading on your fans!Pros✅ Fairly inexpensive compared to some PWM hub’s on the market – I paid £12.50 at the time of writing for this hub, bargain!)✅Easy to install!✅Does exactly what is claimed in the description and works well at doing it.✅Plug and play! In quanto non ci sarà più necessità di far passare le ventole negli appositi fori per il collegamento con la scheda madre.Io ho un NZXT Noctis 450, con 9 ventole PWM (in particolare delle Corsair ML120) e sulla mia scheda madre sono presenti solo 5 fan Header.Il mio case ha effettivamente un HUB per le ventole, ma a 3 pin, il che eliminava parte delle funzionalità delle ventole.Per cui ho deciso di acquistare questo della thermaltake.Sono presenti 10 fan header, va collegato poi alla scheda madre con un singolo cavo ed è alimentato tramite porta SATA.Inutile dire che la gestione dei cavi è nettamente migliore.All'interno vengono inclusi il cavo a 4 pin per il collegamento alla scheda madre, due pezzi di velcro biadesivo per l'installazione, e delle fascette di ritenuta.Installazione semplice e veloce, si potrà poi gestire la velocità di tutte le ventole collegate, direttamente dal BIOS.Verranno viste come un'unica ventole, e tutte gireranno alla stessa velocità (proprio ciò che desideravo).Insomma, per chi ne necessita è davvero un piccolo gadget salvavita.Lo consiglio pienamente.

Se destinait à distribuer le signal PWM de ma carte mère à 5 autres ventilateurs PWM (tous identiques) pour un réglage propre et uniforme de la ventilation de mon PC. Le signal retour est effectivement remonté par la ligne "coté brillant" comme indiqué sur la notice. Il est obligatoire de brancher un ventilateur sur ce port spécifique auquel cas la vitesse de rotation ne sera pas remontée à la carte mère.Le signal PWM intercepté par le HUB peut ne pas être distribué par les prises 4 pins type sys_fan. Dans mon cas, la carte mère ne renvoie pas le signal de contrôle de vitesse sur la prise sys_fan. Donc le contrôle ne se fait que par la tension.Ce sera seulement via la prise cpu_fan, disposant du "speed control signal" au pin n°4, que ce HUB fonctionnera pour ma part.Vérifiez le manuel de votre carte mère : beaucoup de prises sys_fan 4 broches ne sont que des "voltage mode fan connector" et non des prises PWM.Correctement branché, ce HUB fonctionne parfaitement et s'intègre à merveille. Visuellement sobre et sans superflu.Pour le prix, je recommande ce HUB bien fini.
