Drive label reports a manufacturing date of 20181125.Toshiba reports this drive warranty ended on 2023/12/04.SMART attributes says the drive has been running for 33224 hours (almost 4 years, 45 months).According to BlackBlaze reports, such a drive have a lifetime of about 40 months on average.Thankfully SMART doesn't report any error, currently running an extended test to be sure.Hopefully this drive will die before the 2 years legal warranty and i'll get it replaced, i'm still questioning if i shouldn't just send it back right away.For the price i expected better than a drive about to die.

Power on hours are 20608 with 8 power on counts that means it worked 2 1/2 years in a datacenter.Does that count as renewed? Used fits better. Those drives endures ~60000 hrs therefore 1/3 life is gone.Speed is impressive. 270 MB/s in a synthetic test.In real world (Debian 12) i archived 130-220 MB/s.Otherwise no problems found.Very good.Update:Got a second one. 16000hrs. Same fast delivery and good packing👍

These drives are solid, stable, reliable, and, in my experience, flawless. SMART reports nearly zero hours for the first two I bought. I do anticipate for the 2nd two drives I have yet to install. I'll continue buying these Toshiba drives while you offer them!

Drive come from long way and was still working, no signs of use, it is like a new. Its quite and works lot better than WD and Seagate drives on my server. Most drives arrives Dead on arrival, its surprise how this survive that long journey!
