I used Toss Across in the speech therapy room by attaching trading card sleeves and sliding in all sorts of flashcards. Sometimes kids need to match vocabulary within categories, sometimes we work on articulation, you can put single letters on each spinner and work on easy reading or add numbers and work on addition (by adding the numbers across). Lots of options beyond the typical tic-tac-toe! Game is as fun and sturdy as you remember. Assembly was easy.

This game has been a great value for us. The plastic unit is pretty sturdy. Our pieces spin smoothly and my 3 year old has no trouble getting them to move by tossing the bean bag.Yes, it is smaller than the orginial version but if you read the item description or any of the reviews you already know that. But I definitely wouldn't call this a table top game. We've had kids and grownups play this game and everyone enjoys it.I do agree with the other reviews that the stickers are a pain. I don't mind having to attach labels but they should have made them square stickers. Peeling out and attaching each X shape without messing it up would be a real trial. We decided to use some angry bird wall clings instead of the X's and O's and the kids thought that was great. I don't mind that it doesn't fit back in the box once assembled. It would be too bug to keep on our game shelf no matter what. We keep the bean bags in a large ziploc bag when we're not playing so we don't lose them.bottom line - the game is fun, the price is right, it loses a star for the annoyance of the stickers.

got this for my husband who is 48yrs. old. he had always wanted 1 of these when he was a kid so i thought it would be great to create that feeling of nostalgia for him. it came quicker than expected so thanks Kaplan. it was easy to put together and this classic toy is still great fun. my son & husband have enjoyed playing with it so far. its not cheaply made. nothing more priceless than the look on my husband's face when he finally got his own toss across.

This item was delivered in very good time and in very good condition and is such good fun and everyone can play. We got it for my daughter because I had one as a child and my family and I really had good fun together with this.
