The sound bar works well except the analogue 3.5mm socket did not work from my TV headphone outlet.It did work from my laptop output which the supplier stated that it would.To resolve the issue for me, I purchased an analogue to Bluetooth adapter and made use of the sound bar Bluetooth.Not as neat and tidy but it does work.

This 2 x 8 watt speaker measures approximately 35(l) x 8(d) x 6(h) cm and is made of metal. It looks good and provides good quality sound and light output from my PC. It has to be powered up irrespective of the output mode being used contrary to the inference that in Bluetooth mode it is “wireless”. It can operate using the USB output which can be powered from a PC, a power bank or the supplied 5V/2A power adapter. If connected to a PC as in my case then the speaker automatically connects and provides audio output.Alternatively for other devices the 3.5 mm jack plug cable can be used or connection can be made using Bluetooth when paired with the device by searching “K3” so enabling it to be used remote from the device provided it is powered from the USB output. A long press of the play/pause button on the speaker changes the output mode. The volume – or + buttons can be used to decrease or increase the sound or long pressing these can select previous or next track.The Light effect can be changed by clicking the on/off button and this will sequentially change from the default multi colour light through two music changing modes, then static modes of red, green, blue, or yellow.Overall this is a great speaker, easy to install, and provides good quality sound and a light show at the same time, and I think it is not bad value for money.

Touch Laptop-Lautsprecher, PC-Soundbar mit RGB-BeleuchtungDie PC-Soundbar wird mit einem 2A-USB-Steckernetzteil, mit Kabel USB-A und USB-C und einem Audiokabel geliefert. Ein kleines User-Manual in sechs Sprachen erklärt in nahezu fehlerfreiem Deutsch die Installation und Bedienung.Da das Gerät keinen Akku enthält, muss es zum Betrieb entweder mit dem Steckernetzteil, dem USB-Anschluss von Laptop oder PC verbunden werden, oder natürlich auch mit einer Powerbank.Die Bluetooth-Kopplung klappt vollkommen problemlos, man wählt das Gerät „K3“ als Audiogerät aus, die Soundbar meldet sich bei gelungener Verbindung gleich akustisch und optisch (LED „Lichtorgel“).Der Klang dieser sehr kompakten Box ist erstaunlich gut, jedenfalls wesentlich besser als Laptop oder Tablet-Lautsprecher. Natürlich ist diese Soundbox kein HighEnd-Gerät, aber für die normale, tägliche Nutzung absolut gut geeignet.Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die auf dem Gehäuse geprägten vier Bedienelemente, die berührungssensitiv sind und keinen Druckpunkt haben, der die erfolgreiche Bedienung signalisiert. Trotzdem funktionieren diese Touchbuttons sehr gut, auch wenn man mal zweimal berühren muss. Die RGB-Beleuchtung ist natürlich Geschmackssache, meiner Meinung nach ein überflüssiges Gimmick.Das Gerät ist leicht zu installieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen, der Klang ist meiner Meinung nach vollkommen in Ordnung, daher fünf Sterne.
