This is an easily portable large softbox which has two layers of diffusion and a grid which can be used in various combinations. It produces good soft light and does well with speedlights. It sets up and packs away easily. Recommended.

I have many softboxes and portability for me is key. I bought the 120cm version of this. Materials and construction are on par with price...this is similar to Smallrig's LA series, not the DA series. One trick is to hook the elastic fabric at the base of each rib to the little hooks on the Bowens mount...the ribs will stay put when opening and closing the softbox. The front diffusion needs to be about 50% thicker...it's a little thin for full diffusion. But that doesn't bother me that much. Overall, a decent and very portable large softbox.

Die Qualität und die Handelbarkeit der Verschlussmechanismen für die Schirmspeichen sind hier entscheidend. Ich habe einen kleineren schirm von Neewer, da sind die Arretierungen nur Plastik und bei jedem Aufbau hat man das gefühl, sie brechen gleich und alles geht sehr schwer. Bei diesem Produkt von Triopo sind die Arretierungen aus Metall, wirken stabil, sind haptisch sehr gut zu bedienen, und sind hochwertig aus Metall. Als einziges ist es nicht so schön, dass die Speihen in den Aufnahmen nicht arretiert sind. Unte rSpannung halten die aber im zusammengefalteten Zusand gehen die leicht raus und man muss die immer wieder reinstecken. DAmit kann man leben. Aber trotzdem volle 5 Sterne.

I appreciate the cost/function ratio on this. It is a big, it diffuses light as one would hope. It mounts properly and easily (keep in mind, the size makes it awkward, not the design). I really like how easily this spreads and collapses with the lever and clasps. I would recommend this for professional/semiprofessional/or hobbiests!

Für den Preis echt einwandfrei. In einem anderen Kommentar steht aber, dass die Speichen im zusammengeklappten Zustand nicht halten, allerdings muss man einfach nur die dafür vorgesehenen Gummibänder in die Haken einhängen (wie im Foto gezeigt) und schon ist das Problem gelöst :)

It is light what is fine, but is a bit wobble what is not that nice, but it not affect light quality in any way. Easy tu use with caring bag. Good product and price. I recommend!
