It does its intended job, at least with the body and lens I’m using (GFX 50R and 7Artisans 35/5.6). The fit is tight—very tight—against both lens and body; but after examining things to convince myself that nothing was actually being damaged, I carefully fitted both and it all seems ok.

I have used with a number of lenses and not had any issues with focus. But the adapter is very tight and when you are rotating the lens to click it into place it needs a bit too much for my liking. I used an adapted 35mm ltm lens and it was hard to remove the lens without the adapter unscrewing.

This TTArtisan Leica M to Fujifilm GFX works exactly as advertised. As someone earlier noted, the fit is "snug", as it should be. It can be a little fussy to remove the adapter because the lens-to-sensor distance requirements are quite close, requiring the device to be very slim. But it reliably allows mounting of any M-mount lens.The bigger question is why do this at all? The image circles of all of the M lenses I've tried on the GFX 100s are not large enough to cover the camera's larger sensor, leaving, blurry dark corners. Plus the wonderful sharpness and 3D-type micro-contrast that many of these lenses are famous for on a Leica rangefinder are missing here. I really think that most customers will be disappointed with the results, through no fault of this adapter.
