I have three belts from a manufacturer that had black stretchy material for the belt loop.Overtime I’ve lost two of those keepers. I did try to order them from the guy who makes the belts, and he was charging something like $18 for three. Definitely more pricey, but definitely higher quality.I put that order in, but I don’t think he ever sent them.I don’t trust the guy so I went for these. They will do the job, but they aren’t as nice and aren’t as tight. I would say that yes they fit a 1.5 inch belt perfectly, so it is not that they are loose. They are just a mid-range quality material.The seam is even lower quality yet, but if you flip it inside out so that the seam is on the inside, it won’t be visible.These will easily do the job for most people, I’m just rating them as four stars because I’ve had better.

Very good thing, perfect usage. It's Price is low but its value is very high. I didn't know what I should do with my belt, but it worked perfectly.
