Wenn man Stühle zurückschicken möchte fallen enorme Gebühren an. Daß nach hinten klappen des Stuhls geht sehr schwer.

This recliner is very comfortable and big. There is plenty of room for extra cushions or pillows. The only problem that just started is when I recline all the way back and I start being comfortable the chair clicks back and locks in place. It feels like you are going to fall all the way to the floor. Once it clicks into place it is locked in that position and very hard to sit the chair back up. The locking mechanism is not in the locking position, so it's not that. I have to rock back and forth to sit myself up again. Now I do not recline all the way back.

Heute geliefert und natürlich gleich getestet. Macht einen robusten Eindruck und wirkt stabil. Die stufenlose Verstellung mittels Körperkraft hat man schnell raus.Die beiderseits vorhandenen Feststellringe sollte man schon mit etwas Gefühl betätigen. Der gesamte Stuhl ist super gepolstert so dass man sehr bequem drauf liegt. Auch die Breite des Stuhls sorgt für Bequemlichkeit.Natürlich ist er auf Grund seiner Größe auch zusammen geklappt schwerer und unhandlicher als ein Liegestuhl in normaler Größe. Aber der Gemütlichkeitsfaktor ist nicht zu toppen.Würde den auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

I like the overall design of the chair, the product pictures reminded me of my Timber Ridge that I have had for over a year, but with a few little extras (cup holder can be on either side, foot pad, and the pillow attachment design is a lot easier to use than on the Timber Ridge).In reality the chair doesn't feel as sturdy/planted as my Timber Ridge does. The cup holder is all plastic and it just slides down on to the tubes for the front and rear legs. My cup holder ended up cracking within the first week of use, and it is barely hang on the chair. I figured I will redesign a better sturdier cup holder and 3D print it. Like the other reviews I have found the tilt locks to be very stiff, and they are more difficult to use (lock and unlock) than the tilt locks on my Timber Ridge. Now after about 3 weeks or so of use the locks are starting to bind up even when in the unlocked position. They make popping sound when the chair is reclined even when the are in the unlock position (that is concerning). If you check product reviews for this item on Amazon there are more people complaining about the lock mechanism.Last night I requested to return the product for a refund, and Amazon issued an unpaid return label. It was late and I was on my cell, so this morning I cancelled the return and requested another return on my PC (figured I might have selected an incorrect return shipping option), but unfortunately the only product return shipping option is for an unpaid shipping label. I looked in the 1 and 2 star reviews and noticed there are more people complaining on Amazon about having to pay for the product return shipping and that it was a lot $$$. Some customers received unpaid shipping labels, and it seems some received paid shipping labels, but the seller deducted the shipping $$$ from their refund.The seller reached out to me to see if they issued a $30 partial refund if I would keep the product, does that seem right to you? For a failed cup holder (sure/maybe if a customer can fix/replace it with a better solution), but not for a chair that is having the tilt locks fail on it. I responded back to seller, and will see what there response back is. I will reach out to Amazon to have them look into the unpaid shipping label for a product that is defective, and that many of Amazon's customers have complained about already.

This is a very well-built, comfortable chair. I bought the heavy-duty oversized one because I knew it would be used a lot. It'll hold up to 500 lbs, which is good, but I'm not quite there, yet! Also has a wider seat than a normal chair (28 inches instead of 24). Great to sit in and read, and has a holder for your drink and book or tablet on the side.My only complaint, and why it didn't get all 5 stars, was the brake mechanism on each arm rest. When you tilt it back, each arm rest has a brake that you can engage to hold the chair firmly in place. However, I found those brakes to be a bit hard to set and even harder to un-set. (See pictures.) So I just use the chair without them. For me, that's no problem.But if you have children in these chairs, I strongly suggest that you set the brake on each side so that the chair stays reclined. Or better yet, maybe set the brakes to prevent the chair from reclining at all when small children are climbing over it.Overall, this is a great chair for outdoor (and even indoor) use. I will probably buy another one soon for my wife, so she can enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Of course, she may have to brush the snow off of herself, occasionally!
