Perfect - 3rd time lucky! Although the description does not mention Windows 11 I can confirm it does work. I've been needing a USB C to RS232 Serial adaptor as the alarm systems I install have a serial connection for programming and backup. I've been unsuccessful (twice) getting a cable and driver to work as the previous ones used the Prolific PL2303 chipset. Although compatible with Windows 11, it's not possible to get any adaptor with the PL2303 chipset to work with the ARM edition as Prolific do not publish a suitable driver.This adaptor has the FTDI chipset and importantly FTDI publish a driver that is compatible with the ARM edition of Windows 11. If you're running Windows 11 on a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or M2) using Parallels VM, this is the adaptor to use. The driver can be downloaded from ftdichip.com. Once downloaded and unzipped, the driver has to be updated manually in Device Manager. After plugging in the cable, right click the device in Device Manager, Update Driver and browse to the folder containing the downloaded driver to install it.

neanche con i driver riesco ad usarlo in mac, dovrei usarlo per router e firewalls
