I've been a cyclist for 35+ years and have a lot of winter gear. I picked up a pair of these to keep in my saddle bag for situations when I get caught in the rain. Right away I could tell that these were flimsy and most likely not going to last. I was careful putting them on and off the first time I used them.Second time - just today - while out on a training ride - it started raining - and I stopped - started to put one on and - yup - just ripped. Junk. - I have neoprene booties that have made it thru Boston winters cycling year round. These Velotoze" are junk. pure junk. They are thin and cheap. A pair of walmart rubber overshoes are a better deal.

I followed the instructions, was very careful but it split from the heel hole up to the top and became useless before i even used once. Just buy a proper overshoe, these are way too fragile

I love these things for what they are used for, but they rip way too easily no matter how careful I am putting them on and taking them off. I just consider them an expendable now and I’ve started buying extra just to have on hand for when they rip, because they will. Kinda expensive to constantly replace, but I do like having them for certain rides.

Even with liberal use of talc these are difficult to get on over your cycling shoes. And just as tough to get off. And, sure enough, I ripped it near the cleat hole after the first use. I would not purchase again.
