Super Halt an der Hantelstange, Lang- wie Kurzhantel.
Nichts verrutscht, kein umständlicher Schraub- oder Klammerverschluß. Sehr schneller Gesichtsscheibenaustausch, einfach nur über die Stange ziehen und den Verschluß zudrücken bzw. wieder öffnen.
Achtung:
Solche Kunststoffklemmen sollen nur bei Langhanteln in der Horizontalen ein verrutschen der Scheiben verhindern, nicht ein Eigengewicht in der Vertikalen halten!

My gym has a set of something like these, but only one pair, and the rest are those spring clips that just don't hold the weight in place very well. These at least keep the plates in place when you're deadlifting, as when you lower the bar with the spring clips, the plates can wobble around which puts me off a bit. I've now got a pair for both me and my boyfriend who comes with me to the gym. Excellent tools, really useful

Great product, really handy to have in your gym bag. Bit stiff to start with, but after a few uses they just clip on and off really easily. Worth every penny
