As far as durability the jury is still out. But the directions are terrible. First It reads that only a socket wrench is required then shows a picture of a box wrench calling it a socket wrench. And then they go downhill from there. This is an actual line from the directions. "Step 1: Connect G with X2+Y2+Z2 and install on A". The tires, deflate them first to relax the tube. Inflate to about 3-5 pounds and inspect the bead and work your way around the bead to ensure it is set. Add a few more pounds and inspect the bead again. Continue till you get the desired pressure. I only run the tires at 1/2 the side wall pressure. As far as tools, I found a box wrench, socket set, pliers and screwdriver was the easiest. I pull a small fishing boat about 200' behind a Cub Cadet 20 hp mower with the trailer.Update. I had to inspect our seasonal summer camp house to see what spring choirs need to be done. It was minus 7f outside and 3f inside the house. 1' of snow on the ground. And I had brought the trailer with me to store at the house. So I decided to assemble the trailer in the living room and just finger tightened the nuts and bolts. I gave up on the directions and just laid out all the parts on the floor lining them up so they made sense . The trailer went together in about an hour. I did as you can see in the photo make my own removable pin hitch to attach the trailer easily to the back of my lawn mower. That took me 1/2 hour at home. Come spring time I'll move the trailer outside in two sections and tighten everything up.

This dolly is well-built (heavy) and designed to meet the need - I agree that there could be a little more weld on the wheels and that the instruction photos are poor but it wasn't really that hard to assemble - I would also reiterate a previous comment - the extra bolts, nuts, washers are in one of the tubes - even has a sticker on it to tell you, so check there before posting that it is missing.It is not as portable as those smaller dollies but I was not enjoying having to lift my heavy kayak and drop it on the C-Tug and then cinch it down - plus the C-Tug wheel dont roll as well as the Vevor does although I do wish the wheels had bearings - it looks like they just ride on the plastic(?) material.The breakdown of the dolly is pretty easy - I just bought some of those wire lock pins and used them everywhere - makes it a snap to assemble/disassemble.I am considering a mod to it to accept a coupler but will use it as-is for a bit to get a feel for if needed or not - I also may enlarge the pad holes to allow for maneuvering the pads to a greater angle - we'll see on that one too.Edit - Used it for first time on 10/5 - worked well easy to put into water than to get out - the wheels float so you have to step on the trailer to drop it for loading. The handle is bad - not a good pull point - I will look at mod to make it more comfortable. I can tell you that if you have a steep ramp and a heavy kayak that it will still feel heavy - thinking about modding it to put a trailer coupler on it to pull w truck up to an unloading spot. Otherwise - it is easy to assemble/disassemble, faster to get into/out of the boat ramp area, and I didn’t get water into my boots like I used to so all-in-all it is a winner for me.Edit #2 - Was having issues keeping the kayak centered on the pedestals when loading it from ramp - would take forever to get it rich as you still have to deal with the floating issue so, I added a doubled up 3” strap that spans the pedestals (similar to the dynamic dolly that Greg Blanchard uses) - problem solved.

Der Anhänger ist gut und stabil gebaut. Aber ihn auszuliefern mit Defekten Rechten Hinterrad. Rechter Reifen Schlauch Defekt. Toll. Überprüft ihr eure Ware nicht.

C'est un plaisir de recevoir un colis dans lequel il manque de nombreuses pièces (visserie, cornières...)je précise que le colis était parfaitement fermé.Je n'ai pas voulu reconditionner ce gros colis pour le renvoyer et de devoir attendre encore.J'ai donc fabriqué les pièces manquantes et adapté cette remorque.Je ne sais pas si c'est le fabricant qui n'a pas fait son job ou si c'est un colis de plus qui a été réexpédié après un retour client.Quoi qu'il en soit tout le monde est content sauf moi qui ai perdu mon temps.

Transportiere mein Whaly 435R mit knapp 200 KG auf dem Handtrailer.Ich war erst etwas skeptisch ob der Trailer das Gewicht hält , ist aber absolut kein Problem.Super Verarbeitung und schnell zusammen gebaut.

Ich habe den Trailer für ein kleineres 2,1m Schlauchboot gekauft, weil ich etwas Robusteres für die Fahrt zum Wasser über eine längere Schotterstrasse brauchte. Soweit passt alles, aber die vordere Auflage ist nicht, wie in der Beschreibung der Eindruck erweckt wurde verschiebbar, sondern fix im Abstand von190cm von den hinteren zwei Auflagen verschweisst. Nur die Griffstange allein ist verschiebbar. Habe mir aus Holz eine zusätzliche Auflage gebastelt,die ich verschieben und meiner Bootsgrösse anpassen kann.

Gestern habe ich den Trailer zusammengebaut, und hat alles funktioniert, alle Teilen waren vorhanden.Was mich jedoch geärgert hat:1. Die Befestigung der Halter der vorderen Gummiauflagen ist schlecht gelöst. Die horizontale und die senkrechte Schrauben sitzen so dicht aneinander, das sie sich beim einlegen verkanten, und nur schwer festzuziehen sind.2. Die Verschraubung des mittleren Längsträgers ist schlecht gelöst. Die 3 Streben der Hinterachse sollten besser an einer Verschraubung des hinteren, mittleren Trägers verschraubt werden. Leider jedoch werden die Streben am mittleren Träger zusammengefügt. Wenn man den Trailer - wie ich - im Auto mitnehmen möchte, sind so leider deutlich mehr Schrauben zu lösen, wenn man den Trailer in 3 Teile zerlegen möchte... Das ist unnötig aufwändig. Ansonsten sieht das Ding OK aus.3. Nach dem ersten slippen eines Schlauchboots habe ich einen weiteren Stern abgezogen: Leider übersteigt der Auftrieb der luftgefüllten Reifen das Gewicht des Trailers. In der Folge löst sich das Boot im Wasser schlecht vom Trailer, weil dieser aufgrund des Auftriebs ja von unten gegen das Boot drückt. Nach schwieriger wird es, wenn man das Boot wieder aus dem Wasser holen möchte, da der Trailer ja auf dem Wasser schwimmt, und man das Boot deshalb nicht auf den Trailer ziehen kann...

Bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Trailer.Die Beschreibung für den Anbau der Auflagen könnte besser sein.

Die Konstruktion ist sehr schwer und die verlängerte Hebestange biegt sich. Für einen kleinen Optimisten gerade gut genug aber ein 10-Jähriger kriegt das Gefährt nicht hoch.

I got this for a small dinghy sailboat dolly, It works great. Perfect for lightweight boat. I did find that the back pads slightly deformed the plastic hull, and I plan to modify a plywood form to the shape of the full width of the hull. This dolly is a great value and every boat is different, thus modifying maybe required.
