After difficulty in receiving my order, I placed the top on my garage structure only to find a defect in the material along a seam that will allow rain to come through. With Amazon's excellent support, I communicated with the seller to request a replacement. The response was that the defect wouldn't affect the performance of the product and I should just "stick it with tape". Following is the seller response:Hello customer,Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the time difference.Thanks for the pictures you provided. After checking, we found that this does not affect the use. You can just stick it with tape. I was disappointed with cover as it did not fit a 10 x 20 frame made by shelter logic ,size should not advertised to fit a 10 x 20 frame ,as it's way too short.I am unable to return item as deadline passed .For future ,best to contact manufacturer to get actual size of canopy cover and not believe the 10 x20 advertised size.
