Das gekaufte Netzteil hat nicht richtig funktioniert und konnte den Heizstrahler nicht betreiben. Ich musste es zurückschicken, aber der Verkäufer hat mich die Rücksendekosten bezahlen lassen und nicht erstattet. Trotz eines fehlerhaften Produkts hat der Verkäufer keine Verantwortung übernommen. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls keine Hilfe. Keine empfehlenswerte Einkaufserfahrung.

Ich habe die Station nun gut 2 Monate im Einsatz. Im Sommer werden wir sehen wie gut das Solarpanel den Akku aufladen wird. Aktuell, im Winter wenn man so ca. 6-7 Stunden Sonne hat, lädt der Akku 10% auf.Die Powerstation betreibt bei uns im Haushalt so gut wie alles. Wasserkocher mit gut 2400watt, kein Problem. Heißluftfriteuse klappt auch. Und alle anderen Geräte die weniger Watt haben sowieso. Wenn der Wasserkocher betrieben wird sinkt der Akkustand zwar Recht schnell, aber mir war es wichtig das auch so etwas mal betrieben werden kann. Bislang klare Kaufempfehlung.Im Sommer, wenn das Solarpanel richtig genutzt wird, kommt ein Update.

Da es in meiner Garage keinen Stromanschluss gibt wollte ich mir schon länger eine richtige Powerstation zulegen.Die Lieferung nach der Bestellung erfolgte zügig über DPD.Im Zubehör ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Adaptern, zudem kompakt und gut zu tragen.Das Display ist ausreichend aussagekräftig.Einziges Manko: Eine (von drei) Schuko-Anschlussbuchse ist inaktiv (nicht nutzbar/defekt), daher ein Stern Abzug, wg. vmtl. mangelnder Endkontrolle.Das habe ich nicht beim Vertrieb reklamiert, da der komplette Rest funktionstüchtig ist.Derzeit wurde die Powerstation einmal komplett entladen und zweimal aufgeladen. Ein ebenfalls bestelltes Solarpanel wurde (mangels ausreichender Sonne) noch nicht zum Aufladen verwendet.

Bin mit Vitoman 2000w sehr zufrieden.Perfekte Lieferung und sehr schönes und kompaktes Gerät. Erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen. Ladet schnell und hat eine sehr übersichtliche Anzeige. Kann so manche Kritikpunkte in einigen Rezessionen nicht teilen. Netzgerät wird nicht heiß, sondern hat normale Ladewärme. Auch der Haltegriff ist sehr stabil. Falls er etwas locker sein sollte, kann man die Schraube festziehen. Einen Stern möchte ich dennoch abziehen, da der Ventilator im Gegensatz zu anderen Geräten doch sehr laut und störend ist. Aber er schaltet sich ohnehin nur bei Bedarf zu. Ich kann das Gerät aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Das Gerät wurde sehr schnell geliefert und hat optisch einen sehr guten Eindruck auf mich gemacht. Leider war es defekt, das war am 04.06.2024 das Gerät wurde zurück gesendet, seit dem bemühe ich mich ein neues Gerät zu erhalten. Es hat zwar etwas gedauert, aber nun habe ich ein funktionierendes Gerät erhalten. Das gute war, dass der Rücktransport kostenlos war und sich der Service immer wieder zurückgemeldet hat und mir noch kostenloses ein Starterkabel dazugegeben hat. Also doch ein guter Service.

I purchased the VTOMAN Jump 1500x on January 8, 2024 and it performed flawlessly until about two weeks ago. On December 3, 2024 it developed a charging issue. I contacted the manufacturer by email and got an immediate reply. I am totally impressed by the professional and courteous manner my issue was resolved. Here I am looking at a brand-new replacement unit in less than two weeks. I could not recommend this product more as it is excellent quality and fully backed by the manufacturer.

Works as expected , voltage is 110 wish it was slightly higher for tv. Runs coffee maker, microwave and lights. Spend the extra money and get the 1800 jump, it has 1548 WH vs 828 WH for the 1500x . Tested it against my 1000 jump with heater however it keeps the watts much better then the 1500x . The 1000 jump is a real powerhouse.UPDATE; Ordered from VTOMAN Store 2 items in Nov 2024 the order has not arrived can't track it and VTOMAN does not answer our emails. Never have any trouble with orders through Amazon.

I love this charging station. For a reasonably priced tool like this it can do a lot and expandable. You can charge with solar panels and add extended battery modules for longer Watt-hour support to you devices for the day. What I love on this is that it has an outlet for car battery jumper attachment. I can use this battery station to power shop vacuum and power tools. Having 2 PD usb-c outlets and quite enough USB-A and AC outlets allows for so many options on how to use it. It's about 15-20lbs so it's not meant to be something you carry at the hip but still portable in the sense of putting it on the floor to table and everyone comes to it for charging connectivity. Great camping option. My use case is usually short and small devices (Charging or running power tools for short period under 1hr, Charing phones and tablets, power a shop vacuum, power a portable tv and media player for 1/2 the day..etc) it has been very suitable. Being LiFePO4 was also the I was looking for because it would provided longevity over other lithium battery chemistry. I was originally eyeing on some of the better know established brands but this one offered the features, expansion options and longevity at an amazing cost! Well done Vtoman!

Very nice looking unit and well built, I use it for camping and odd jobs when I need quick power, I bought the solar panel to keep my unit powered up and ready to use anytime.Some of the reasons I bought a Vitoman power station was because of the LiFePO4 battery that allows a lot more charge cycles and safety features, two 100 watts type-C for quick charge on my portable devices, has a built in led light on the back side, easy to read display on the front that give you all the information you need and at a great price.

I purchased the the 1500w solar generator and a 100w solar panel for a great price. I have been looking for a solar generator for a few months before I bought this one. I knew I wanted something at least 1500w and LiFePO4 for batteries. I have heard of fire hazard of the lithium ion batteries and wanted to stay clear of those units and for my needs I wanted 1500w so I could run larger items. We have been using the unit camping with one solar panel and it is great on sunny days but on overcast days it needed a bit more so I purchased a second solar panel and that fixed all my worries with charging. If you want to use the unit while you are charging with solar the second 100w solar panel is a must. During the camping I powered a household bar fridge, charged cellphones, camping fans and few other electronics and it powered them perfectly without any problems. During the first 2 camping trips with only one 100w solar panel I did charge the power station for about 4 hours on an AC outlet more because we had overcast days with less solar energy coming in and I wanted to make sure I would get threw the night with no problems and as I said before the second solar panel fixed the need for AC charging. In the future I want to get the car booster cables and the extra battery as Vtoman has great sales if you keep an eye on things. Owning the solar generator over the last few months has been a game changer for using power around the house and at work too. I work maintenance and I take it to work to run around vacuuming vents with a shop-vac and I run our Makita compressor with no issues for 100% portable air. I was completely amazed that it could run the compressor as my large generator always trips the breaker. This is definitely a generator I would recommend I will continue to find new uses for. If you are seriously considering getting a solar generator, get this one you will not be disappointed and they also have great customer service.
