This handlebar bike stem riser is an easy and affordable way to change the angle of your body on the bike, thereby changing your weight distribution, shifting some of your weight off of your hands/wrists as you ride. This small riser was just enough of a lift to make a big difference for me. It makes my rides more comfortable. Installing it was not difficult. Be aware that - depending on the angle of your front fork - if you get a stem riser that is much longer or taller than this one, it will not only raise your handlebar up higher, but also bring it closer to your seat. They sell angled adapters to offset this, but it is worth mentioning.

If you need to raise your handlebars this is a simple way to do it that's not going to impact how far in front of your forks the handlebars are. There's lots of spacers to fine tune the height to your liking. You can even cut it down in case you don't want the extra to stick up above the stem. The top cap sits/ centers itself on the stem or ring on top of the riser so your cut doesn't have to be exactly perfect. The cut will be hidden.

Grundsätzlich ist es ja gut dass es eine so lange Lenkererhöhung gibt. Ob man jene nun wirklich braucht muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Bei Verwendung der "normalen" kürzeren Lenkererhöhungen fühlt sich der Lenker beim Fahren genauso stabil an wie bei einem direkten Verbau auf der Lenkerstange. Bei diesem Teil hier ist das anders. Durch die Höhe spürt man am Lenker, dass die Verlängerung bei Zug bzw. Druck etwas nachgibt. Das sollte bei einer gemütlichen Fahrt kein Problem sein. Ich würde aber unsicher fühlen bei schneller Fahrt hart in die Pedale zu treten, mit entsprechendem Druck auf der Lenkerstange. Denn je mehr Druck auf die Lenkerstange kommt, desto mehr spürt man dass sie etwas nachgibt.Fazit: Ich kann die Strange empfehlen wenn man ausschließlich gemütlich und langsam fahren will. Und dazu ist sie ja eigentlich auch gedacht. Die Sitzposition wird durch die Stange sehr deutlich erhöht, das kann sehr angenehm z.B. auch für den Rücken sein.

Avevo bisogno di migliorare la posizione di guida sulla mia bici, rendendola più comoda senza dover cambiare tutto il manubrio. Questo adattatore si è rivelato la soluzione perfetta.L'installazione è stata davvero semplice e non ha richiesto particolari attrezzi oltre a quelli base già in mio possesso. Il sistema con gli anelli multipli permette di regolare l’altezza in base alle proprie esigenze, cosa che ho apprezzato molto perché mi ha consentito di trovare l’assetto giusto senza dover fare modifiche definitive. Dopo qualche prova, ho trovato la posizione perfetta e la differenza si nota immediatamente: la schiena è meno affaticata e le braccia sono più rilassate, rendendo le lunghe pedalate molto più confortevoli.Il materiale è di ottima qualità, solido e ben rifinito, senza sbavature o parti che sembrano fragili. Una volta installato, il manubrio rimane ben saldo, senza movimenti strani o flessioni indesiderate, cosa che mi preoccupava inizialmente. Nonostante l’aumento di altezza, la stabilità della bici non ne ha risentito, e dopo diversi chilometri percorsi, sia su strada che su sterrato leggero, posso dire che il comportamento rimane sicuro e affidabile.Dal punto di vista estetico si integra molto bene con la bici, senza risultare troppo invasivo o fuori posto.Non l’ho testato su sterrati particolarmente impegnativi ma vista la qualità non dubito che possa resistere anche a sollecitazioni medio alte.Un ottimo prodotto sotto ogni aspetto.

Prolunga per forcelle con tubo sterzo da 1 1/8 quando questo risultasse troppo corto per applicare un manubrio ad un'altezza congrua con l'altezza del conducente. Realizzato in solido alluminio e verniciato a polveri, appartiene a quel sgmento di uniche soluzioni per adeguare un telaio, spesso datato e piccolo, ad una guida confortevole anche per persone alte oltre la taglia del telaio.Utili anche i distanziali ad anello in dotazione, così come le chiavi Allen necessarie all'installazione.
