Bought this for my bathroom sink due to horrible water, causing breakouts. It was easy to install, but i tested it using my digital water tester and too much of my surprise it literally reads the same as my tapwater!! I made sure I did everything right, I made sure the filter was turned the right way. made sure I let the COLD water run through it on the PURE setting for way longer than a minute just to be sure and it’s still reading the same as my tap water which is 485! It’s horrible . You can open up the filter by twisting it and inside is just these white strings in that are folded over. I don’t see how that is actually filtering the water!. I challenge the people that say it’s so great to test the water as well.

I felt like this wasn’t filtering my water and bought a tester to confirm…it wasn’t doing anything…..unfortunately, my return window has closed.Waste of moneyEditing my review as they explained that the filter does not filter TDS which was what my tester tested for.Customer service was very good and refunded my order :)

Anlage lässt sich nicht auf einen modernen Standard-Wasserhahn montieren. Somit konnten wir keine weitere Testung vornehmen.

I got an aerator key set to remove the old one before installing this product (which I had already ordered *assuming* I had a standard faucet size)... I think you know how the rest of the story goes. Take the aerator off first to confirm size, bc these only come with adapters for a STD size not JR, TJ, or TT.

Was so excited when it arrived because I have skin problems and was looking forward to it. Before purchasing we already measured the tap and everything to make sure it fits, but still DID NOT FIT. It's only compatible with certain taps... Unfortunately had to return. Expensive as well.

I added this unit to my bathroom sink. I don't like how it's a bit leaky. Perhaps I need to use more of the tape that goes around the threads? But, it allows me to be selective and turn on the filtration or run the water as is. This is key because I tend to let the water run so I can get hot water piping through and I don't want to use my filter while I am running that water. Once the water has turned warm, I switch it to the filtered unit and I wash my face and I pull a cup of water out for rinsing after I brush. Why didn't I know about this a while ago?? Having a filter on the faucet head helped to clear my face and now it's super healthy. Love the on off function on this unit. A major plus to have this function.
