Works really well if you’re trying to put a POE hat on a Raspberry Pi 5 and mount it to a dim rail.

The case misses a hole for the audio plug. And all the other holes are the wrong size and not placed in the correct locations.

In diesem Gehäuse lässt sich ein Raspberry Pi 5 einbauen, sodass dieser anschließend im Schaltschrank mit dem Gehäuse auf einer Hutschiene fixiert werden kann. Eine Bedienungs- und Montageanleitung liegt nicht bei und das Gehäuse lässt sich leider nur sehr schwer öffnen, sodass es jedes Mal aus dem Schaltschrank demontiert werden muss (daher 4 Sterne). Nur mit mehreren Schlitzschraubendrehern konnte ich das Gehäuse nach und nach oben öffnen und den Raspberry darin platzieren. Solange man den Raspberry im Gehäuse nicht häufiger austauschen muss oder anderweitig Zugang zu dem Controller benötigt, hält dieser fest verschlossen im Gehäuse. Die IO-Anschlüsse sind von außen erreichbar. Manchmal sind diese etwas knapp bemessen und der Stecker steckt nicht vollständig in der Buchse. Ein Sichtfenster ermöglicht Einblicke auf den Raspberry. Auf mich wirkt das ABS-Material etwas dünn, jedoch macht die Halterung in dem Schaltschrank das, was sie soll. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Varianten.

This is supposed to be for DIN rails, but there are a few flaws that make it rather unsuitable for that use. The first is that there are ports on 3 sides, this prevents putting things next to it. DIN rails are designed to put things next to each other, that helps hold everything in place and uses the space efficiently. So right there is a pretty obvious issue. Now you may say that if it clamps to the rail tightly, you could leave a little space and resolve the aforementioned problem. Well, it clamps really loosely and slides fairly freely back and forth, so forget that idea. This is kind of a failure if you ask me.If not mounted on a DIN rail, it could be a passable case, although you probably want to mount it vertically to prevent excessive heat buildup. I have a fan cooler on my Pi 5, and I found that it tended to just recirculate the air if used horizontally, it would probably work better vertically due to the orientation of the vents.

Lange suchte ich nach einer Halterung für eine Hutschiene. Diese hier wurde schnell geliefert. Eingesetzt wurde ein PI 5 (Ob der 4er passt kann ich leider nicht sagen). Der 5er lässt sich passgenau montieren und sitzt mit ausreichend Abstand sehr gut in der Halterung. Hutschienenmontage einfach und stabil. Passt also sehr gut. Was mich stört ist der Ausschnitt vorn bzw. das da keine Abdeckung bei ist. Dieser macht einfach nur Sinn wenn man ein Display verbaut für alle anderen Einsatzgebiete muss dann eben eine Selbstbastellösung her. Trotzdem bekommt diese Halterung von mir 4 Sterne

l'ouverture n'était pas aisée de prime abord.Une fois le RPI5 installé dans ce boîtier, je peux le monter sur un rail ou directement au mur.La fenêtre transparente peut être remplacée par un petit écran pour en faire une console de contrôle domotique.

Contenitore per quadri elettrici con barra DIN, consente l'installazione a quadro di un Raspberry Pi 5 con tutte le porte accessibili dall'esterno, in più, è possibile integrare un LCD visibile tramite la finestrella trasparente oppure una scheda add-on di dimensioni ridotte. Le aperture a feritoia consentono una discreta ventilazione e conseguentemente un'accettabile dissipazione di calore. ATTENZIONE : non è possibile montare direttamente i modelli B/2/3/4 in quanto il layout lato uscita video differisce notevolmente ed andrebbe modificato manualmente. In conclusione, se volete integrare il vostro Raspberry all'interno di un quadro elettrico in maniera pulita ed ordinata non potete farvelo scappare.
