Not for skinny kids. Whole 2 inches too wide around hips for sizes 4-6 and 8-10. Material is thick and soft, good quality. They should really add some measurements in the description

Purchased these in the pink and black, in size 2-4T. My daughters 2.5 half and the pink fit bigger on her, (loose on shoulders and seemed longer in length ) than the black from the same brand and size. But other than that they are exactly what we needed. If you have a child that’s on the petite 2 year old side, I would size down in the pink.

My 3 year old is starting dance classes this year, so we took her to a dance store to get fitted for shoes and while there we looked at leotards. Around $35 for a plain pink one. Came to Amazon and found this one for $8! It arrived the next day and it’s made very well, stretchy and soft. My daughter normally wears a 3T/4T and we ordered the next size up; it fits just fine with a bit of room to grow. She’s already practicing twirling in it in preparation for her classes next week! Very happy with my purchase.
