These are slightly flimsy and mine arrived a bit twisted. You can more or less get them flat again by warming them up with a hair dryer, flattening them, then letting them cool, clearly you shouldn't have to do this.I'd say they are slightly too thin but this does of course mean they are very flexible. Size wise they would be better if they were a bit bigger so you could work on larger cakes more easily.I think the product is only 3 stars but I gave another one due to the low cost.

Die Teigschaber sind etwas dünnwandig und bei der Lieferung schon ziemlich verbogen. Auf dem Bild die blauen 3 Schaber aus dem Angebot im Vergleich zu unserem "alten" weißen Schaber, der sichtbar dickwandiger und formstabiler ist.Für leichten Kuchenteig oder Creme kein Problem. Für festeren Brotteig finde ich, dass die Schaber zu instabil sind.

I needed these for a birthday cake I was decorating. They feel a bit cheap (which they are) and quite bendy so I found it hard to keep the 'straight' edge I wanted during the decorating but I can't complain as they are a really low price and they did work fine, just a bit fiddly.
