Was kind of worried about buying this just because of the negative reviews. Well I glad i purchased it not sure if model was redesigned but I had no fit issues anywhere it was easy to assemble . The pack holds a constant power no bms issues . Think I may buy the larger 12v 12ah next .

I just finished assembly and load tested with 100 watts. It got super hot for about 15 minutes then cooled down for the remaining hours of the test. I opened the battery box to inspect and found two cracked transistors. Now it will only charge to 11.6 volts.

Bought a handful of these now, takes some practice. You Will need a spot welder, and you have to cut off the front lips to get it to fit but they do what theyre supposed to.*Note* test the battery before sealing it inside the case. Test all leads and voltageA full 18650 should read 4.2V so the +&- should be at 12.6V
