About voltage:
The 18-50V grid tie micro inverter will start up at 24V,after starting, the inverter can work in 18V-39V (Vmp).Solar Panel Voc cannot be higher than 50V
Vmp=solar panel working voltage;Voc=solar panel open circuit voltage.So don’t think that 50V is the working voltage (Vmp)
Why not use 12V solar panels?12V panel working voltage Vmp18-20V,open circuit voltage Voc20-24V
the 12V panel is just a starting voltage. If the sunlight is weak,the working voltage will be lower than 18V.It is easy to make the inverter work unstable,and the inverter will start repeatedly.It is easy to damage the inverter

Man sollte besser ein paar Euro mehr investieren, trotz dass die Leistung längst nicht ausgereizt ist läuft der WR giel zu heiß. Eine Rückgabe ist bei diesem Händler ebenfalls nicht möglich trotz Fristeinhaltung.

I got the 300w version to run a pair of solar panels totaling 160 watts, with the idea of getting a larger panel later. The inverter worked fine most of the time with peak power going to the grid around 140 watts (as measured by a power monitor plug) Unfortunately the first one I had blew a fuse and I had to get a replacement which lasted around 7 months, but that too blew a fuse. The vendor is keen for the purchaser to self repair the inverter, but I was not willing to play around with the insides of a mains device, (you have to take the device apart to replace the fuse), so requested a return/repair.The vendor also wants the purchaser to pay for the return and also make a declaration on the custom form to specify the value as being 20 euros which again I am reluctant to do as this would open me up to claims of fraud. As a result I had to get Amazon to intervene , and they have said they will get the vendor to arrange a free return.EDIT: If you do decide to go with this, and run it at anywhere near its rated power, it might be worth checking to see if the covers have been removed from the thermal pads - on mine the blue plastic cover was left on the pad which sort of defeats the purpose.5 stars to Amazon, but only 3 for the vendor/device.

Testweise habe ich den Inverter an einem 100 Watt Modul mit Netzfilter betrieben.Im Originalzustand ist die Einspeiseleistung relativ schnell von ~60 Watt auf 15-24 Watt schwankend reduziert worden. Gehäusetemperatur geschätzt 50 Grad.Im nächsten Schritt habe ich die blauen Folien entfernt und das Gehäuse wieder geschlossen.Den Schutzleiterwiderstand konnte ich nur mit einem Ohmmeter messen und habe ihn mit ~200mOhm für mich als ausreichend erklärt. Das ist keine ordnungsmäßige Messung und sollte nur zeigen ob das Gehäuse angeschlossen ist.Nach der Änderung konnte ich über 3 Stunden 58-70 Watt einspeisen. Außentemperatur um 30 Grad.Mit Kühlkörper und Belüftung erwarte ich mehr.Da aktuell keine zugelassenen Inverter in dem Leistungsbereich zu bekommen sind lautet mein Fazit günstiges Gerät für Bastler die wissen was sie tun.Bei meinem Gerät rastet eine Buchse nicht ein. Ich werde beide Eingänge mit längerem Kabel und neuen Steckern versehen. Nochmals, nur für Bastler geeignet.4 Sterne für die Verfügbarkeit und Funktion nach Modifikation.Nachtrag: am 100 Watt Modul ist direkte Sonneneinstrahlung erforderlich, also Kühlung verbessern und größeres Modul anschließen.

Built well, compact, works very well but gets damn hot and has very short MC4 leads. For the money, they are well worth it.

Die Inverter kamen bei mir mit falsch montierten Wärmeleitklebern an. Ich musste bei 4 von 4 Modulen das Modul aufschreiben, die blauen Folien beseitigen und das Modul wieder zusammen setzen.Das ist nur eine Fleißarbeit und war in 10 min pro Modul erledigt.Mehr kann ich noch nicht sagen, da es seit Tagen regnet.

This 300 watt unit is a very nice small unit. reasonable price I suppose. As we should all be aware we have to keep the "Power factor correction" at 1.0 but when this unit runs at 30 watt the PFC is 0.5 and at 65watts the PFC is 0.7 to 0.89 better. This unit should run at 0.9 or 1.0 PFC why? well 30 watts (dc) into unit equals 30 VA output at 240v ac at PFC 1.0 but in reality when this unit runs at 30 watts (dc) in, the PFC of 0.5 is produced this gives 60VA out which is wrong/bad so in low sunshine level this Grid Tie Unit performs poorly anything above 65 watts dc in the unit works fine.What matters is 20 Watts in dc, output 20 VA at 240 ac outWhat you don't want is 20 watts in, dc output 40 VA at 240 ac outHence 3 stars

Der China-Inverter wurde schnell und belastbar verpackt geliefert und funkioniert. Abhängig von Panel und Sonneneinstrahlung schaffte er bislang ca. 80% der Leistung. Etwas starke Wärmeentwicklung durch fehlende Kühlung bei bis 60 Grad, dabei schaltet es dann mitunter kurz ca. alle 30 Min. für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde runter. Bei dem preis und kleiner Anlage kann ich damit leben. Hoffe trotzdem er hält langfristig.
