I've had matcha powder and leaves lying around but this set makes it a nice traditional experience that I have seen online from various videos. Although I'm not a huge fan of matcha, the experience was delightful and I'm glad I got to do this. The set does look delicate so I am worried about it being too fragile. I have been a lot more careful with this set than any plates and bowls I've ever held before.

Feels like a Christmas gift set, it's just a bit strange. When ordered there was no images on the product so it was a bit of a suprise when I received it about what was included. There is now images on the page and it does roughly correspond to what you get in the box, but I do feel like it does just seem to be a number of premade items that perhaps didn't sell individually or used for a number of different products being smashed together in one.We did try and use this for a bit, but it's a bit of a faff. We probably won't use it again. Price for the 9 piece feels a little expensive for the contents.Again, feels like a novelty set you'll buy for someone you don't really know what to get.

We started to use matcha for all its benefits some time ago and using this set has improved our drinks in a number of ways.Firstly the ‘spoon’ helps to lift and deal with small amounts of matcha. Its flat back helps with moving the matcha through the sieve. The bowl is nice and big to use the whisk with it and its spout helps with pouring. The ceramic stand holds the whisk when waiting to be used, keeping its ‘prongs’ or ‘tines’ in best condition. Just remember when finished, after washing and drying this, to ensure it is resting on its handle. There is a nice tea towel, tea tray and caddy included. Oh, and a little duck for decoration. The only thing that could be improved is the caddy. It has a poor, cheap seal. It’s easy to remove this by mistake as it is not in keeping with the rest of the set. Something rubbery or designed to have a twist fastening would improve it significantly and complete this set.Despite that minor flaw, I’m a big fan of this and am happy to recommend it to others. In Japan tea making is a bit of an art and event and this really brings that into your kitchen or living rooms. This would make a lovely Christmas present or gift for someone who is into this stuff.

I like this so far, I own multiple bags of matcha but never the traditional equipment to present and make it, so since it's my first time I don't know what to expect, however I am liking it. The lil duck was a nice touch to adding it there, although I would have liked if the materials had more design on the equipment.

This matcha tea set has added a touch of zen to my mornings. The bowl is beautifully crafted with a lovely smooth finish, and the pouring spout makes it easy to serve without any spills. The whisk creates a lovely frothy matcha, and the whisk holder is a practical touch that helps it keep its shape. I've found the whole set very easy to clean, and it looks elegant displayed on my kitchen counter. While I'm no expert in the art of the Japanese tea ceremony, this set has certainly elevated my matcha experience.
