Was skeptical about a zero tooth ratchet but it surprised me. The only thing I wish is that it had a rubber handle grip

Always found this design rather interesting and id say it has its advantages in tight spaces and seems quite well made.

This 3/8 rant will amaze you, no waiting for the last click in a tight area is it doesn’t require gears. We all have those jobs or we’re working in a tight spot and you can’t get your ratchet to click one time, with this ratchet no more worries it’s an excellent value for quality made tool

I did really like this ratchet but after about 6 months it started binding occasionally then completely locked up. I took the mechanism out and found the cage (which appears to be plastic) broken in multiple places. Product say it has a lifetime warranty but I have been searching for a way to contact Zero Degree for a few days and cannot find anything. If they reach out with a way to warranty this then I have no problem editing my review as this was a really great ratchet until it failed and I was about to get the 1/4 inch version to accompany itEDIT: I was able to find a way to contact the vender thru a different website and they got me a replacement within a week. If anyone else needs to get thiers replaced, go to alliedtools.com.

I only use it in certain situations, but it works well. It’s crazy that it can turn with such little input movement. Works just as advertised in the video clips. It’s made better quality than I expected for the price.
