does a great job shredding thinly sliced cross sectioned ginger root sections and several garlic cloves at the same time. It is very sturdy and easy to use.

Not great for a clove or two, if you’re grinding 3 or more it’s ideal. This grinder can do a large amount of garlic at once, recommended for serious cooks.

I thought it would give a fine chop but instead it was a juicy mush.Difficult to get all the garlic out.Great idea but I think it needs to go back to the drawing board 🤷🏻♀️

I thought this would be an easy alternative to a garlic press, but it wasn't. It was very messy and hard to get the garlic out once it "minced" it.
