I’m a 35 year food and beverage professional and Bartender. I prefer the foil cutter for quickness, ease of operation and safety over a knife. I also prefer a fixed two step pull over a hinged one.These can be found with both the foil cutter and a knife, however the two step pull is not on that combination. I also like the bright colors. That way, you can always find your opener when one of your coworkers has decided to use it.

Feels cheap compared to the matte finish black version of the same "boomerang" wine opener. The foil cutter doesn't open or close as easily, just a lower quality item. Still better than most waiter wine keys, and not bad for what you pay for it.

This corkscrew is the best there is. It lasts forever and the pry bar moves over to gain a better angle at which to pry the cork out, making your job much easier.

I have had this style corkscrew for over 10 years. I much prefer to knife blade on corkscrew as it makes a cleaner cut on the foil. I gave this as a gift to fellow employee who borrowed mine and fell in love with it.

Okay for light use but I bartend and it broke in a couple weeks.
