DONQL 9pcs 730ml Sourdough Starter Kit. Reusable Sourdough Starter Jar Glass with Thermometer Aluminum Lid Label Sheet Silicone Scraper, Cloth Cover.Overall really pleased with this Sourdough starter kit. Good VFM with pretty much everything in the box to get you going! Kit contains 1 x 730ML glass sourdough starter jar, 1 x feeding band, 1 x temperature strip, 1 x cloth cover, 1 x aluminium lid, 1 x silicone spatula, 1 x measuring spoon, 1 x cleaning brush, and 1 x chalkboard sticker(10pcs). Just a shame the didn't add a suitable Pen!?Quality of materials overall is pretty good.As a complete novice with this stuff I am looking forward to using the kit and hopefully producing some “edible” Bread!

I have been making my sourdough starter for years, utilising a large empty jar. It was about time I got something made explicitly for this purpose.The jar and its contents arrived well packaged and included everything specified by the seller. I particularly liked the temperature strip and the date feeding band. I cannot lie; there have been some occasions in the past when I have missed feeding my starter, so this will be great.The jar is well made, has a well-fitting lid, and is substantial in weight. The cleaning brush is a little flimsy; however, it does just about serve its purpose. The chalkboard labels are of average quality, and it would have been great if a small chalkboard pen was included. It seems strange to get the stickers but no pen.The temperature strip, a key feature of the kit, adheres well to the jar. I verified its accuracy with a handheld thermometer, and it was spot on. This reassured me about the quality and functionality of the product.Not to forget, the kit also includes a measuring scoop, a cotton bonnet for the jar, and a silicone scraper/spatula. These additional items further enhance the value of the kit.All in all, the kit is pretty decent value for money at £9.99 (the price at the time of leaving this review)I would happily recommend this starter kit.
