La pieza es de buen tamaño, harto detalle y vistosa. Su peso les permite soportar libros no tan gruesos. Si te gusta el arte gótico esta pieza la amaras.

These are great little bookends. Although I am actually using them as separate statues. Intricate, well made and well painted. And there was no way that they were going to get damaged in the post. The original box (that was in perfect condition) was packed inside a great big Amazon Box stacked with those air filled pillow things.

These are painted very nicely and have some good heft to them; although, they are not overly heavy or overly light. They will hold normal, novel-sized books very well. I would not suggest putting tall books in-between them. These look great on my bookshelf. I am an English teacher, so I thought they would add a cool Poe/Shakespeare vibe to my set up; they did just that.
