Ich gebe dem Power Rack 5 von 5 Sternen.Nach zwei Jahren Gebrauchs kann ich sagen, dass diese Kraftstation meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Sie ist sehr robust, stabil und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Trainingserlebnis. Der Stahlrahmen ist massiv und hält gut, was vor allem bei Klimmzügen oder Hantelübungen wichtig ist.Der Aufbau war dank der klaren Anleitung recht einfach, obwohl es hilfreich war, dass meine Frau mir zur Hand ging. Eine kleine Empfehlung: Es lohnt sich, Matten darunter zu legen, um den Boden zu schützen.Das Hantel-Ablagesystem funktioniert gut, aber wie einige andere Rezensenten bereits erwähnt haben, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass zusätzliche J-Haken eine Verbesserung wären. Der beigelegte Halter ist ausreichend, aber nicht herausragend.Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, ist die Multifunktionalität der Station. Man kann wirklich ein Ganzkörper-Training durchführen und spart sich damit den Weg ins Fitnessstudio. Die Latzug- und Ruderzug-Systeme funktionieren einwandfrei und man kann sogar eine Hantelbank einbauen.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Geräusch, das die Halterungen beim Verschieben erzeugen, aber das ist ein kleiner Preis für ein ansonsten tolles Produkt.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und würde diese Kraftstation jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen und vielseitigen Trainingsgerät für zu Hause ist. Sie bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist perfekt für Anfänger wie auch für erfahrene Sportler geeignet.

Nachdem ich mich dazu durchgerungen hatte, mir so einen Power Cage für zu Hause anzuschaffen und ein wenig recherchiert hatte, fiel meine Wahl nach relativ kurzer Zeit auf dieses Teil. Warum? Weil ich nicht das absolut teuerste Profi-Teil benötige, aber trotzdem Wert auf Stabilität und gute Funktionalität lege. Eine zeitnahe Lieferung war mir ebenfalls wichtig - es soll ja der Sommerkörper 2022 her und nicht der für 2023 :-)Es gibt von anderen Herstellern deutlich billigere Geräte, aber nachdem ich mir die Rezensionen durchgelesen hatte in punkto Qualität und Verarbeitung, Versand und Verpackung, war mir schnell klar, dass das nicht in Frage kommt. Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal...ISSO!Das Teil mit Zugturm, Hantelbank, Hanteln und Gewichte also kurzerhand bestellt und alles kam tatsächlich innerhalb von 2 Arbeitstagen hier an - wesentlich schneller als angegeben - TOP!Heute hatte ich dann Zeit, aufzubauen und man muss sagen: Das ist wirklich richtig gute Qualität, allein schon die sehr sorgfältige Verpackung war 1A! Keine Kratzer, alles wirklich sauber und gut geschützt eingepackt, ich war begeistert. Das gibt es auch anders.AUFBAUAlles war wirklich perfekt und in Deutsch beschrieben, die benötigten Schrauben und Werkzeuge waren sogar nach den einzelnen Arbeitsschritten nummeriert eingeschweißt und gekennzeichnet - besser kann man es nicht machen. Einzig bei der Montage des Latzug-Moduls war die Beschreibung zunächst etwas verwirrend, aber letztendlich ging auch das gut von der Hand. Ich empfehle übrigens die Verwendung eines Ratschenschlüssels - mit den beiliegenden Maulschlüsseln wird man deutlich länger brauchen. Die Einzelteile sind sehr, sehr passgenau, jedes Bohrloch ist genau da, wo es hingehört und somit steht das Ding auch ohne Bodenfixierung sehr stabil da, wenn alles festgezogen ist.ACHTUNG! Wer sich für die Variante mit Zugturm entscheidet, sollte vor dem Aufbau BEIDE Anleitungen anschauen. Ansonsten stellst Du nämlich wie ich fest, dass Du die untere hintere Querverstrebung des Cages nach erfolgreichem Aufbau wieder demontieren musst, weil der Zugturm mit einer eigenen, etwas anderen kommt. Die ursprüngliche übernimmt dann später die Funktion der Beinfixierung beim Latzug.Außerdem sollte man die Schrauben gemäß Anleitung wirklich auch erst fest anziehen, wenn man den Cage vollständig aufgebaut hat, das macht es einem leichter, alles zusammenzustecken. Alles in Allem hat mich die Montage mit Pausen und trotz des o. g. Fehlers so ca. 3 Stunden gekostet. Man bekommt das gut alleine hin, ich habe die Hilfe meiner Frau nur einmal kurz in Anspruch genommen.So, was soll ich sagen... ich habe es natürlich gleich mal ausprobiert und kam mir vor, als wenn ich wieder 17 wär :-) Richtig schön "old skool" freie Gewichte stemmen ohne diese ganzen langweiligen High Tech-Geräte, die man heutzutage in den Fitness-Studios findet und beim Training dort immer wieder sehnsüchtig in den Freihantelbereich schielt, der jedoch meist mit dieser typischen Art von Zeitgenossen überfüllt ist, deren zweiter Vorname Testosteron zu sein scheint und die vor Kraft kaum ka***n können...Na jedenfalls...auf den morgigen Muskelkater freu ich mich schon jetzt :-)Was noch erwähnenswert ist: Die Zugmaschine läuft einwandfrei, sie ist leichtgängig - genau wie es sein soll, was nicht selbstverständlich ist bei Home Gym-Geräten. Es empfiehlt sich allerdings, die beweglichen Teile mit Silikon- oder Teflonspray zu behandeln, dann flutscht das noch besser. Es wird sogar eine kleine Flasche Silikonöl zu diesem Zweck mitgeliefert, hab aber mein eigenes benutzt.FAZITAlso, wenn Du in diesen blöden Corona-Zeiten auch darüber nachdenkst, dich vom Fitnessstudio unabhängig zu machen, den nötigen Platz und das Kleingeld dafür hast: Hier machst Du alles richtig.

Ich habe diesen Rack Cage mit Kabelzugturm gekauft. Bei der Lieferung fehlte zunächst der Kabelzugturm, doch der Support war hervorragend und nach einer kurzen Mail und Reklamation kam dieser auch bei mir an.🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️ Der Käfig 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️Beim Auspacken konnte man schon die Qualität des Turms erkennen, denn die Aufbauten sind sehr massiv und schwer. Es empfiehlt sich daher den Aufbau zu Zweit zu vollziehen, aber es ging auch alleine. Mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Anleitungen vollzog sich dies auch ohne größere Probleme, denn die Erklärungen waren eindeutig und leicht verständlich. Auch das notwendige Werkzeug (Inbus- und Schraubenschlüssel) wurde mitgeliefert, wobei ich dann doch auf mein eigenes setzte, weil das einfach qualitativ besser ist und komfortabler. Die Stabilität des ganzen Turms ist wie gesagt sehr massiv.Wie man anhand der Bilder sieht, habe ich eine Langhantel mit 30 Kilo Gewicht auf der Vorderseite für Kniebeugen abgelegt und auf der Rückseite eine Curlhantel mit 20 Kilo. Die halten mit den entsprechenden Stangen, die sich variabel im Cage befestigen lassen, problemlos. Zusätzlich habe ich auch Resistance Bänder (https://amzn.to/2ZILTI0) montiert und ich hänge auch immer wieder Boxsäcke (https://amzn.to/3CUzKhp) mit 30 Kilo Gewicht auf (siehe Bild). Damit bin ich aber noch weit von der Belastungsgrenze von 363 Kilo entfernt! Da kann man sich selbst noch hinein hängen und Klimmzüge machen und wäre immer noch darunter.🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️ Der Kabelzugturm 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️Auch dieser ging einfach aufzubauen, wenngleich es etwas trickreicher ist. Aber am Ende war es kein Problem. Das Einzige was mich nach einer Weile der Benutzung (Kaufdatum war der 28.04.21) stört, sind die Kabel selbst. Da gibt es kleinere qualitative Mängel. Ansonsten funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Die Räder laufen rund, der Zug hinten schleift nicht. Egal ob beim Rudern im Sitzen oder Übungen für den Trizeps im Stehen, es läuft alles tadellos. Für die Trizepsübungen hatte ich mir auch eine kürzere und rotierende Stange (https://amzn.to/2WsQDAk) gekauft und die Kompatibilität ist auch hier gegeben.Man sollte jedoch aufpassen, dass man den Schlitten nicht ungleichmäßig, das heißt einseitig belastet. Wie im Studio eben auch! Die Gewichtsscheiben die ich zu Hause hatte, passten alle ohne Probleme. Hier verwendet man die Standard Lochgröße. Es passen dann sowohl gusseiserne Platten, als auch welche aus Plastik.€€ Preis und Fazit €€Mittlerweile kostet die Kombination 599 Euro - ich hatte sie seinerzeit noch für 699 Euro gekauft. Für den Preis erhält man aber einen Rack Cage von hervorragender Qualität der für ein Leben konzipiert wurde. Die individuellen Ergänzungsmöglichkeiten mit Kabelzugturm, Hanteln und mehr, lassen das Ganze für jeden variabel einsetzbar machen. Damit eignet er sich auf für Cardioeinheiten wie beispielsweise Sparring oder rudern. Von meiner Seite gibt es nach fünf Monaten keine Beanstandung und eine klare Empfehlung. Fünf von fünf Sternen!

A pesar de que ha subido mucho de precio, sigue valiendo mucho la pena este equipo. Es muy fácil de armar y muy resistente, en YouTube hay un video donde le dejan caer más de 700 libras de peso y lo resiste (Buscar: "Dropping 700+ LB Bar on Cheapest Amazon Squat Rack!"). Tuve que poner la barra de dominadas al revés porque de lo contrario me pegaría en el techo al hacer dominadas, y no hubo problema, resiste perfectamente (incluso la uso para sujetar los aros). Por otro lado, es muy fácil de convertir en una máquina de polea alta y baja. En los hoyos pequeños que quedan de los postes frontales (y que no se utilizan), se pueden poner unas armellas y con unas poleas que compré en Amazon (marca National Hardware) se hace un sistema que se puede poner y quitar muy fácilmente y permite hacer todo tipo de ejercicios de cable con polea alta y baja. Compré también el accesorio para barra T de Yes4All aquí mismo en Amazon y se adapta perfectamente. Estoy encantado con mi compra!

TLDR: great value for the price. Hits all the essentials and is efficiently sized.To give context of the type of athlete I am: I strength train consistently, bench 220lbs and squat 275 lbs at 181 lbs. Ultimately, I would consider myself a intermediate weight lifter who trains to be fit and look good.Due to COVID and elevated chances of getting it at a gym, I decided to invest into a home gym; with a Power Rack as my first purchase. My objective was to buy a Power Rack that will be safe to lift moderate to above moderate weight. And of course, I was looking for a product with the best value. I also did not have the option to bolt down a rack or bolt a rack to a studded wall, since it was going to be in an unfinished basement.I researched all of the top brands and read/watched many online reviews (shout out to Cooper at Garage Gym Reviews!). Pretty quick, it became clear that there were two options: go with a top brands like Rogue or go with a budget-friendly brand, many of which can be found on Amazon.The top brands come with a high price tag but you get what you pay for: sturdy and consistently build equipment with great customer service and warranties to back it up. One hiccup in the process was not many items are in stock due to the low supply in the industry. I was turned on to the FR 810xlt from a YouTube review, which concluded that this product has all the essentials needed in a Power Rack for about a quarter of the price of the top brands. I also liked the attachment options - I ended adding four plate storage pins, the dip bars, and landmine attachment. I nearly bought the lat pull down attachment too but found an alternative pulley system that took up less space and was removable (I highly recommend that too - they're about $50; in contast to the $200+ listed on Amazon for the FR lat pull down attachment).Pros:- It is sturdy... enough. There is a very slight wobble but it's nothing to be concerned about if you are under the max weight cap. This slight wobble is expected since the rack isn't bolted in.-The space in the power rack is perfectly sized for one person. Any less space would be too tight to comfortably lift. Any more would take up space for other equipment in your workout area. Perfectly sized for my needs.-The paint quality and finish is not cheap. I have already done my fair share of aggressive barbell reracks and would have thought by now some of the paint would've chipped off. I'm happy to report the rack looks fantastic still.-The Price. When I bought this rack a month back, with was ~$250 without the attachments. That's incredible for the level of quality and costistency offered by this Power Rack. Even if the rack has increased in price due to lack of supply, this is still worth the price point.Cons:-The holes are not numbered. This honestly is not a big deal to me. I'm going to by some magnets to label which holes I use for each exercise.-The rack didn't come with wrenches for configuration. I ended up having to buy a socket set, which I should've had in the first place.-The Packaging is very heavy. Fair warning... You will want someone else with you to carry it. Say sorry to the UPS guy too.-The assembly process was difficult for one person. There's a lot of bolting and socketing. That was a work out on it's own. It probably took twice as long for me to set it up since i did it myself. I recommend having someone help you, if possible. The manufacturer recommends that as well.-The pull up bar handles are a little slick. I wish the were knurled or had some texture for a better grip. If that's a concern for you, you can buy pull up grips on Amazon.-The pin holes are only on two sides of the upright (front and back). Fitness Reality probably did this for the structural integrity reasons. It would be nice to have holes on all for sides. It would allow for so many more attachment options.In conclusion, this rack is one of the best values on the market. I was very close to purchasing a Rouge Monster Lite rack but I decided to take a chance on this rack. I'm very glad I did. I have a feeling this rack is going to be with me for a very long time.

All the gyms near me have been closed for several months since the COVID-19 lockdown so I decided to get a squat rack for my home. Every private seller of gym equipment have either been sold out or are selling at ridiculously high prices. The first squat rack I ordered on Amazon sold out right after I ordered it so I ended up waiting over a month for it to be available. Then I found this one and was one of the lucky ones to order it before it sold out. I found that assembly was very easy and you do not need a helper. However, I recommend using a ratcheting socket wrench instead of the spanners that the kit comes with.The build quality of the materials appear to be very solid. It will take 2 people to carry the box that it comes with. My floor is nearly flat, and with the bolts tight, there is hardly any shaking when I do pull ups. I like the color combination of matte black and grey. The safety bars are finished in chrome instead of red or yellow paint so there is no color that will rub off. There are 3 places where you can rest the olympic bar: the 2 bar rests, the safety bars, and the bar rests at the end of the safety bars. That 3rd option is convenient because they sit outside the rack so the 2 smaller bar rests can stay on the inside. The double hanging bars have 2 cross beams so not only that it makes for stronger rack support, it also allows you to do chin/pull ups with palms facing forward, backwards, or sideways and angled wide grip. There seems to be the same amount of space between the uprights as the rack at my gym. Overall, I am extremely happy with this squat rack and I highly recommend it. I will post a long term review after a few months of use.

It arrived with the box looking like it was thrown off the truck but packaging was solid with no damage. Very sturdy product and easy to put together with me only needing two 17mm tools. It took me roughly an hour to put together even with small kids coming in to “help” me.Here are my recommendations.1) unpack everything first and lay it out. This helps make sure you have everything and easier to see.2) use your personal 17mm wrench and crescent wrench. It makes thinks move a lot faster. If you have a 17mm drill bit even better but I did not.3) figure out how you want the bolts to “look” when installed. I had the flat blot side on the inside when installing to prevent from potential cutting if I bumped into it along with having a uniform look.4) tighten on the “nut” side. There were multiple times I was tightening on the bolt side and holding the nut side and the wrench would lose grip causing the wrench to go flying off.5) when you put a bolt through the hole put nut back on once it’s through. I can’t tell you the number of times I didn’t and when I moved or lifted the cage the bolts fell out.6) have someone to help once you stand it up......even if it’s a five year old like I had.Overall great product, looks sturdy, feels strong and all holes for install were perfectly aligned with no issues. Highly recommend.
