As per usual, amazon fails to warn you if the seller is shipping from outside the U.K. After waiting over 4 weeks for this product i was then told it was undeliverable. My review does not reflect the product as i have seen it and it is very much 'what it says on the tin'.Askung me to review the product knowing it was unsendable was really stupid though amazon

This animation is pretty violent and I have all four volumes now. Volume five to be released in the US pretty soon and I can't wait for the release here in Europe.Violent, bloody and cool!

Absolutely amazing, great animation - blood splatter and gore galore. Great story continuing the Hellsing epic, the characters really start to come into their own and you get a brief glimmer as to the origin of the Hellsing Institute. Only one problem though - it ended! It absolutely leaves you begging for the next instalment, can't wait!

This fourth Hellsing Ultimate OVA sees Millennium start to move openly against Britain and the Hellsing Organisation. Millennium's first move has the vampire sniper Rip van Winkle take control of an aircraft carrier and awaits the typically bloody response from Hellsing. The Hellsing Ultimate OVAs continue to get better and although this fourth one in the series can be laughably corny and over the top in places, it is definitely the best yet. The action is gloriously bloody and the animation is good. This volume does seem to concentrate more on Millennium than the Hellsing Organisation, including a bit more information on the origin and goals of Millennium as well as introducing a few more characters who are members of the organization. Hellsing Ultimate is definitely getting to be better than the previous Hellsing anime and is a must see for fans of vampire anime.

I'm a big fan of the original Hellsing Anime adaption (barring the last few episodes), and have enjoyed Hellsing Ultimate thus-far, however I'm afraid to say that this instalment is disappointing. The English voice actors appear to have given up as, with the notable exception of Crispin Freeman who delivers business-as-usual, there seems to have been a decline in the quality of their performances. The voice actor(s) drafted in for the German captain and officers is ridiculously bad; I considered laughing but then realised that I'd paid money to listen to the unintelligible rot. Also, this episode lacks action; the only real action sequence is disjointed, hard-to-follow and, well, pretty boring. The rest of the episode is dominated by overly-long speeches and far too many "humorous" asides which shatter any hope of continuity/flow and aren't funny in the slightest.Chances are I'll still get the fifth volume when it comes out, however I'm going to do so with a significant degree of scepticism as this one was pretty-poor =(
