Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Käfig von Hersmay. Ich habe ihn an meine R7 montiert. Wie versprochen, passt er super an die Kamera und sitzt dabei ziemlich fest. Der gesamte Käfig besteht außerdem aus Aluminium und ist hervorragend verarbeitet. Alle Bohrungen und Gewinde sind von hoher Qualität. Dank des zusätzlichen Anbauteils lässt sich die Kamera in verschiedenen Positionen an einem Stativ befestigen. Darüber hinaus bietet einem der Mount zusätzliche Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für zahlreiche Anbauteile. Ich kann ihn auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

QUICK SUMMARYOverall I would like to give 4 stars to this JLwin camera cage for the Canon EOS R7, subtracting one star for the obstructed access to some of the top camera buttons. The price is competitive, so it would seem a good value if you are not too bothered by the (minor) access issues to the buttons. (More details below.)- - - -This camera cage ("JLwin camera cage for Canon EOS R7") is made up of 4 separate pieces bolted together. The overall fit and finish are very good.Even though it is not carved out of a single piece of metal like some other camera cages, it feels rigid and strong. It is relatively lightweight also at 162g (on my digital scale), noticeably lighter than, for example, the beefier camera cage for the Sony A7RV by JLwin, that I reviewed earlier.Like many other camera cages, this JLwin cage provides many points to attach various accessories used for filming. (Refer to uploaded images.) One of my photos shows how it looks with a top handle and a side handle attached, along with an external video monitor.Movements of the articulated LCD screen is unrestricted. Access to the battery compartment, memory cards compartment, ports and camera controls are all good, with the exception of the three top buttons: The video REC button, the ISO button and the LOCK button. Access to the REC button and the ISO button are still possible, but requires an awkward reach with the index finger.(Personally this does not bother me too much, because I have reassigned the movie start /stop function to the regular shutter button in the camera's custom menu. If this bothers you, however, you might like to look at the NICEYRIG camera cage for the R7, which I also have; its unique design avoids similar issue with the button access.)= = =As measured on my digital scale:- Weight: 162g / 5.7 oz

Hallo,der Hersmay Cage aus Alu für Canon EOS-R7 ist gut verarbeitet und bietet viele Montagegewinde.Die EOS-R7 meines Kumpels passt sehr gut ins Cage und es gibt keine Beeinträchtigung in der Bedienung oder grobe Verarbeitungsmängel.Die Konkurrenz von SmallRig wirkt etwas edler und ist noch besser verarbeitet aber wer nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Cage is sturdy and well constructed. The fit with the Canon R7 is quite good. Access to buttons/control dials is good, though depressing the top ISO button is a bit awkward. Battery compartment opens without interference. Lens can be easily changed without any problem.
