We already own a full set of hex clad cookware. It was when I was visiting family in Berkeley, California and my son-in-law showed me this pan from hex clad that I took interest. I watched him use it on his grill and he really bragged about the performance. Now you have to understand this is the only hex clad pan he has, he has very expensive cookware from Denmark. So the influencer that he is, I went out onto Amazon and bought this pan so that I went back home. It would be there and I could give it to my wife as an extra Surprise bonus Christmas present. She’s very happy with her hex clad cookware and this additional pan.I have burned things in a hex clad pot my mistake. It wasn’t difficult to clean up at all.I’m happy my wife is happy that it’s easy to clean Things. Don’t stick to the pan and although they are expensive, I think it’s a value for the money.

None stick bbq pan. Hopefully it cleans up well after some smoke hits it. I’ll see in the long run. Should hold up better than my steel pan that is all rusty. I’ll update if less that 5 stars is needed.

I’ve been thinking about this product for a while. We grow a lot of veggies and find that they don’t always stay on the skewers. The construction of this to be quite solid and it will clearly last for years. It is also quite light and easy to use. Also easy to clean. It will allow us to grill much more with less mess. And it’s much easier than putting all of the veggies on skewers.
