Anscheinend ist es nicht möglich das Lenovo Notebook über USB C zu versorgen. Daher hat die Station ein separates Ladekabel.

Vielleicht das schlechteste Techprodukt aus dem Profibereich, das ich jemals verwendet habe. Wo fange ich an:Selbst nach mehreren Updates (Anm: für eine Dockingstation!!!) funktionieren simpelste Funktionen in Kombination mit einem Lenovo P14s Workstation Laptop gar nicht oder furchtbar schlecht.1) Das Ding ist riesengroß, bleischwer, ein Kabelsalat und praktisch nicht mobil nutzbar.2) Das erste war defekt und lud das Gerät im Betrieb langsamer, als es sich entladen hat. Ein No Go, selbst bei einem 500 Euro Laptop, geschweige denn bei einer Workstation für 2700€ und mehr. Das Ersatzgerät kann zumindest das.3) LAN über das Dock hat noch nie funktioniert. Steckt man ein LAN Kabel an, dann werden 2 (?!) Ethernets angezeigt, keines davon liefert Internetzugang. Am Laptop direkt gehts.4) HDMI über das Dock liefert viel zu hohe Weißwerte am externen Display. Zum Teil können Grautöne nicht von Weiß unterschieden werden. Steckt man das identische Display mit gleichem Kabel am Laptop an, dann ist alles richtig. Für Video oder Fotoarbeit absolut unbrauchbar. Why???5) 2-3x pro Woche stürzt das Dock einfach grundlos ab. Alles wird für 3 sek getrennt, Display wird schwarz, Festplatten werden getrennt, nach 20 Sek ist alles wieder da und läuft. Katastrophal bei Kopiervorgängen auf Festplatten oder in Videokonferenzen.6) Wir haben im Betrieb mehrere (verschiedene) Laptops von Lenovo mit den Docks im Einsatz, nahezu jedes Gerät macht Probleme, die sich aber unterschiedlich äußern.Ich weiß nicht, was sich Lenovo bei diesem Dock gedacht hat. Ich hoffe, die zuständigen Entwickler sind inzwischen an Projekten beteiligt, die eher ihrer Qualifikation entsprechen. Mousepads oder so...

Il prodotto è quasi obbligato per notebook Lenovo alimentati a 170W o più. Le porte sono sufficienti ma ce ne potrebbero stare di altre. I cavi di connessione (in due-tre formati) non sono ben chiari e l'alimentazione verso il notebook con la "spina Lenovo rettangolare" non funziona bene (per fortuna quella in uscita USB-C funziona, ma a potenza non massimale).Prodotto troppo costoso

Das Gerät ist recht groß, schwer und verbraucht zusätzlichen Strom (negativ)aber endlich kann ich auch die Touchscreen Funktion des einen Monitors nutzen.Die Anleitung für die Kabelverbindungen zwischen den Monitoren, dem Thunderbolt Dock und dem Laptop ist bei mir nicht ganz korrekt gewesen, weshalb ich mir Hilfe geholt habe.

Hey, ein Muss für ein Lenovo, wenn man Monitor extern verwenden will. Es ist einfach zu bedienen. Sehr schnell ist das Laptop zu stecken beziehungsweise zu lösen. Jederzeit wieder.

At this point I solely tried the dock station with my travelbook which is powered only through USC-C...From what I understand that kind of cable does not allow much more than 90W ... wich explain the cumbersome dual docking cable.Indeed the dockig cable is made of one typical Lenovo rectangular connector and on usb-c.the connector that will enter the X1 wil use both of the conectors which are tightened together through magnets.Up to now I'm happy...

it is a quite nice, small device, most of the cables connect to the back, so it is easy to move it out of the way on the desk. the 300W power supply is very large.it has sufficient number of ports for most applications, but there would have been plenty of room for more.one surprising thing is, that it comes w/ a weird cable that has two prongs: one usb-c and the Lenovo flat rectangular power plug. they are spaced perfectly so they plug into the power socket and the nearest usb-c port on the thinkpad laptops.the only problem is that the two prongs cannot be separated, so i was unable to plug in any device that does not have the Lenovo flat power connector. for example x1 carbon and x1 yoga laptops or non lenovo devices.my solution is not to use the weird cable, but use a standard usb-c to usb-c cable instead and it works just fine. i can plug the single usb-c into my yoga, my x1 extreme and non Lenovo devices as well.the only small annoyance is that there is a limit to how much power can be delivered over usb-c. so even though it has a 300W power supply, i have to OK an error message on my x1 extreme every time i power it up - as it complains that i am not using a powerful enough source. it boots up and runs fine after that..

It might be one unit that had a problem, but I think it is how the power supply is made that it causes static/glitching sound to the usb/wireless headset I needed to use with the dock. I have usb3 hus with its own PSU that doesn't have this issue.Also the extra 100w power it can provide is for Lenovo models. Do not expect this to fit/work with other brands.

Tras buscar mucho una docking station entre diferentes marcas, decidí probar con ésta de Lenovo puesto que es un buen fabricante y ya he tenido varios portatiles de la marca. No obstante al final tuve que devolver el producto. Los principales problemas que encontré fueron:* No es compatible con linux: las actualizaciones sólo es posible realizarlas desde windows* Botón de inicio no es compatible con mi portatil Dell* Conexión jack: al conectar los altavoces a la salida jack del dock estos emitían un pitido que se alternava (quizas por problemas de compatibilidad con linux)Tras revisar bien el producto no me pareció una mala docking station, sin embargo probablemente funcione mucho mejor con portatiles lenovo.

Livré avec une alimentation de 300W et le câble nécessaire pour alimenter directement le portable(penser à vérifier la compatibilité).Aucun souci et plus besoin de brancher l'alimentation du portable en plus.testé avec 3 écrans full HD en plus du portable.J'ai mis à jour le Firmware de la station d'accueil et via le logiciel Lenovo les drivers pour Windows (ça marche sans mais avec c'est mieux).Les point à améliorer- Port réseau à seulement 1Gb, on aurait aimé du 2.5Gb.- Assez cher
