I don't normally write reviews in general, but after reading the positive reviews here, I was incredibly disappointed by the quality of this product. I shelled out the extra cash for this brand because it had come recommended to me. I took it for a single long run, and by the time I was back home, the bladder had ripped significantly. Reached out to customer support, and have yet to hear back.

I ordered this hydration pack for 3 main reasons: 1) my old hydration pack is getting worn out, 2) I wanted a larger capacity bladder than the 1.5 liter bladder in my old pack, and 3) better mechanism for filling the bladder than my old pack.Unfortunately, this hydration pack's Amazon page doesn't actually state the size of the bladder (1.5 liters) and uses "4 Liter" in the title which is very deceiving. I have to assume that 4 liters is the total storage capacity of this bag but based on the item description, the world may never know.Aside from the major omission of important details in the item description, this hydration pack is mostly what I was hoping for. Compared to my Osprey Duro 6 hydration pack, it is slightly smaller in height and width but offers more adjustability and fits my broad chest better than my Osprey. The filling mechanism is unquestionably easier than my Osprey which requires you to completely remove the bladder from its slip-carrier.I look forward to fully testing this hydration pack at Electric Daisy Carnival 2024!
