This is a genuine Nikon product, packaged in a Nikon box and looking and feeling very high quality. Being bayonet fitting it is very quick to attach. Not only does this lens hood help prevent sunlight causing flare on your pictures, it also protects the lens. And the clever bayonet design lets you put it on the lens in reverse for storage, which also helps protect the body of the lens.Some reviewers have said this is hard plastic. I don't agree. There are plastic equivalents on Amazon, but they are much cheaper. This is made from spun aluminium, and coated matte black. The delicate precision engineered routing of the bayonet fitting would not last five minutes if made from plastic. And when tapped gently in free suspension it makes a ringing sound, suggesting it is not plastic.This is really high quality product, as one would expect from Nikon.

Le pare-soleil est bien le bon model. Il s'ajuste correctement à l'objectif et rend le service que l'on attend de lui.

Schnelle Lieferung, passt perfekt auf das Nikon 55-200mm VR II, lässt sich auch platzsparend auf das Objektiv schrauben indem man sie umdreht und scheint recht stabil. Im Angebot für 16€ bekommen, besser geht's echt nicht!

Alles Super, Passt perfekt auf das NIKON AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-200mm 1:4-5,6G ED VR IIDie Gegenlichtblende kann auch verkehrt montiert werden wenn das Objektiv im Transportmodus, also komplett eingefahren ist !

Bei meinem Objektiv fehlte die Gegenlichtblende. Deshalb habe ich diese so nachbestellt. Alles in allem ist sie etwas größer als erwartet, passt aber perfekt. Die Größe merkt man nur wenn man das Objektiv in der Tasche verstaut. Wenn man die Blende verkehrt auf dem Objektiv verriegelt, lässt sich die Transport-Verriegelung des Objektivs nicht mehr bedienen.
