Es können mehrere Tiere angegeben werden, aber wer isst, ist dabei nicht nachvollziehbar. Das ist ein Manko, aber wie soll das auch ohne Chipleser funktionieren? Mir ging es darum, dass ich über App auch auf Entfernung meine Katzen füttern kann, falls ich mal nicht nach Hause kann. Ich habe leider niemanden, der meine Tiere versorgenn könnte. Durch den Futterspeicher und eben die Appsteuerung habe ich ein besseres Gefühl.

I love this pet feeder! I've been using it for about two months and I can't believe I lived without it. My cat is on the chunky side and I was having a hard time establishing her calorie intake. The scale on the Pawsync feeder plus the app tracking has made it so much easier and it's nice to be alerted when it's working / when something's wrong.The feeder design is attractive for what it is while still doing what it's supposed to do, and the app UI is quite intuitive. I did a lot of research before investing in an auto feeder and I can conclude that this is probably one of the best products our there for value and functionality. I can appreciate the care that clearly went into making this product-- thanks guys!

I had made a request through customer service and they quickly contacted me back and honored my request.Update: I saw one review that said the app is buggy???NOT!! in my experience. Absolutely not. It was totally easy to set up , you can zero the bowl from the app away from home . I was able to modify the app and the schedules from 600 miles away twice. This is a dependable device, Has never failed. The app is super easy. It’s easy to set up. It has a great app that calculates the food. I can’t even find anything wrong with it. I had to travel on an ounce for a full day, so I set the feeder up for this.It’s really great how when you put the data in on the food and your pets, wait they in species, they calculate the food requirements, which are spot on.I want to have two meals and a snack and you’re able to Custom program this.I was away from home, and I realized I’d forgotten to program a call. I called my cat certain way. I was able to do it 500 miles away and set it up in the app and it worked.You can also dispense, however, amount of food you want if you want to add more food or add a snack or something like that.The hopper lid has a lock on it. It’s well designed. Also you can feel free to shoot. Everything is soft rubber. There’s no opening or anything to trap a cat Paul that is from inquisitive cat like I have it’s very safe..The food dispensing is accurate and you could always re zero The scale if needed.I’m actually quite amazed at the details of how long it takes my cat to eat how much she eats but the best thing is that you’re notified that the food is dispensed and it is and it’s always on time.I have chosen to slow feed I’m going to try to slow it down even more but the dispenser drops a portion of the food and then a little bit later drops the second portion and then a little later drops the third portion she’s a fast eater because she’s feral she eats everything you put down but fast.She absolutely loves his feeder and the thing I’ve noticed is there’s no more crying at the door because now I have everything portioned and on a schedule the cat really likes this. Feed her treats, and some canned food on the side. All is well. This is the best thing I ever did for my cat and for myself for those early mornings where your cat meals to get fed.Everything works flawlessly well designed you have to remember that 5G doesn’t work. First, finding an all-around good-quality automatic cat feeder was difficult. I encountered many different feeders that others would over-feed or not dispense any food at all. However, the leading feeder that kept coming up was the Pawsync automatic cat feeder!The design is perfect. It's not too big, heavy, or bulky. The machine is quiet when the food is dispensed, which is nice. One of my favorite features is how the bowl weighs the food, and the app will notify me exactly how many grams (or ounces) my cat has eaten.The packaging and setup process was nice! I appreciate that the Pawsync app has the instructions manual and an FAQ section in case you were to throw it out or damage it accidentally. That way, you will always have access to knowing how to clean it. Also, I'm a visual learner! So, the fact that Pawsync has videos showing how to take apart the feeder, clean it, and put it back together was great! Another great feature of the app is the "Data Trends" section. I love that I can track how much and fast my cat eats daily and per meal. Having a section where I can also monitor his weight is another plus so I can know if I need to cut back on his food or increase it.There are two more minor issues I have had with this feeder. Sometimes, the bowl will say that there is food in it and that my cat ate it when there was nothing. Kinda strange, but it has not happened often. The second issue is that it said that the feeder tank was empty when it was just filled to the brim about a week ago, and there was still plenty of food in it. It only took a minute for me to go on the app, update the level of food in the tank, and problem solved.Other than those two minor issues, this has been the best and easiest automatic cat feeder to date!

I have had two of these feeders for a couple of months now. I am over the moon about them. I have had others and they would disconnect from the WIFI or just not drop food. Very Unreliable. These however are worth every penny. It tells me when the food drops, when the kitties are eating and how full the hopper is. Always reliable, I don't have to worry about my kitties going hungry when I am away. One of my kitties will eat way too much so I have to regulate their food. This is the best solution. I would recommend this to all.
