Dieser Ring hat alle beschriebenen Funktionen und dazu noch Blutzucker und Blutdruck.Das haben alle anderen nicht. Leider ist dieser Ring nicht mehr bei Amazon erhältlich, schade.

Firstly, this is a budget smart ring. If you go into purchasing this with that in mind you shouldn’t be disappointed. I already have an Apple SE3 phone and Apple Watch SE and I got the ring to primarily track sleep as I don’t sleep with the watch on. The ring tracks steps, sleep, heart rate, and blood oxygen. The steps, as other reviewers have noted, is hilariously inaccurate - it logged about 60 steps when I was putting a jumper on! However, if you have a smartphone/watch, this won’t be your primary step counter so won’t matter. The heart rate is accurate, as is blood oxygen (to oximeter standards) and very handy as my Apple Watch doesn’t have that. Sleep function hasn’t been tested yet. A bonus function in the app which I wasn’t expecting is you can log exercise, including mapped walks. App is straightforward and easy to use, links with Apple Health too. Ring is easy to charge, clean and is not bulky. It has a thickness to it which suggests it’s a man’s ring though I’m a woman and it doesn’t look too big. I’m sure the smart rings that are 10 times more expensive offer a sleeker look and maybe a bit more functionality, but 10 times more is doubtful. I’m really happy with the ring, only reticent to give it 5 stars because I’ve not been able to rate the longevity as yet!

This seems to work pretty well. Certainly it is difficult to understand what the rings that cost 10x as much do, that this one doesn't. The pulse rate it measures seems a bit high but as I want it for comparitive ratings rather than abolute values that's ok. Maybe the really expensive rings are more accurate but they don't seem worth the extra £200+ pounds.Similarly the 'steps' count seems high. It measures pretty much every movement of the ring as a step which means I'm smashing my targets but again relative movement is what I'm after. I haven't yet worked out if while I'm typing this it is counting the key-presses as steps. Presumably this could be recalibrated using the app.The app is a bit basic and it would be good if the ring was compatible with other apps like google fit but it does the job.Great value. Limited accuracy.

The ring itself for the money is fine. It's handled day to day life including weight lifting with only minor cosmetic scratches.The issue is the app. The sleep info is ok, shows relatively the same time of sleep as my Fitbit but no where enough detail. Like the difference between Deep and Rem sleep. The graphical display is not very clear either. It doesn't record HR throughout the day only when you ask likewise with the SP02. You can record exercise if you tell it via the phone.It was useful as an experiment to see if I can get on with a ring instead of a wrist strap which I can. But apart from that it is basically a basic sleep overview and step counter. Which I guess to be expected at a 10th of the cost.
