Leider ist beim ersten benutzen der weis gar net wie das heißt löffel? Abgebrochen. Qualität ist echt net super sehr schade für das Geld

This kit has some good points and additional items that are not included in other kits. The banneton proving basket has a decent flat bottom, the metal scraper seems reasonably made and the dough whisk is OK (but more of a tool for mixing flour than dough). The addition of a flour duster makes it easier to make good use of the stencils and, as these are the items not included in many of the kits they may make it worthwhile choosing this kit. However, many amateur bakers won't be bothered with putting stencil designs on their bread. The weakest part of the kit is the lame - it clains to be unique but is very similar to the UFO lames that are popular in some areas. The one provided here does not have any finger recesses for rotating the two discs to open and close and trying to hold on the edge and turning it to close is a little risky once the razor blade is in. It was also fiddly to get the blade to come out by knocking and for it to be held firmly. So, a good kit if you want the stencils and duster but I would use a different lame and check other kits if your main need is proofing baskets and the scraper.

I am fairly new to bread making and for the most part have made good use of this kit. The bread proofing basket is just the right size to house an average amount of dough for a loaf, and I would like to think it helped with the proving process. The dough slicer ( not sure of its real name) is pretty good as well and is sharp enough to easily slice the dough. There are nine different styles of stencil, I have used a few of them with good results. Dusting flour over them with the flour shaker that also comes with the kit. Over all it is quite a good bread making equipment set, with everything you need to make a loaf. Most of the kit is easy to keep clean by hand washing in soapy water. But the baskets can only be wiped clean, but this is easy enough to do. The kit is also quite functional and I have now produced quite a few edible loaves of bread in various styles.
