Installed on top of the iMX6 CPU in my single core Hummingboard SBC using .Using the internal CPU thermistor, I measured the temperatures before and after both idle and running integer maths to stress the CPU, in all cases with the blank screensaver operational (having the screen working brings the temperature up by some 8 degrees or so in all cases I measured).Assuming an 18.5°C room temperature to subtract from all values, running idle the temperature decreased by 19%, and running my stress test by 11%, taking the peak measured temperature down from 70.65°C to 63.5°C.With the lid taken off the case my SBC was in, exposing the heatsink to general air, the peak temperature dropped to some 55°C. Measuring the temperature directly using an old £20 infrared thermometer, the maximum temperature I was able to measure from the heatsink itself was 44.5°C, and given the CPU is itself in a plastic package (I think) that all seems quite reasonable.I had hoped the idle temperature could be brought lower (it ended up being 41.5°C, with the lid of the case attached) but it is significantly reduced when running integer load, so it's still a worthwhile upgrade for me. This will interfere with the installation of most 'hat' attachments, but I have no plans to use those as I don't have any plans to use additional sensors or ports, or to add flashing lights to it.

Great product, it stopped my processor from overheating. The shipping took very long though.
