They are not kidding when they say these are small. If you have a small child that uses kid sized forks and spoons that’s the size. But they are really beautiful. And yes they can be used to cut soft foods, spread butter or jam etc, I even cut a grape tomato in half but it wasn’t a clean, sharp cut. These are perfect for young children just starting to learn to use knives because they won’t hurt themselves on the serrated edge, and they are sized for little hands. However they are so elegant looking that I would put them out for a bread and butter plate.

These stainless steel knives with serrations on one side, have a solid weight and balance to them. The finish is bright with a matte detail on the end. They just long enough to fit into the dishwasher cutlery basket, so that is very helpful!

La descripción del producto por parte del vendedor hace mucha referencia a que estos cuchillos son de utilidad para niños, no lo pongo en duda.Pero en mi casa hemos solucionado 3 problemas con este cuchillo «para niños»1) Ya no utilizaré un dispensador de plástico que tiene mas de 20 años, para untar la mantequilla o el queso crema a mis canapé.2) Ya no utilizaré los cuchillos normales para servir un pastel o una tarta a mis invitados.3) Y sí, si, cuando vengan niños a casa ya no les daré un cuchillo de plástico negro de los que se usan en los fast food.Ni lo dudes, cómpralos.Post-Data : además son bien bonitos y elegantes
