Viltrox Z mount lenses are so good, they push the Nikon DX Z series into an entirely new category. Coupled with a Z30 or Z50 you can assemble a very capable & portable street and portrait kit for less than $600 . The complements the limited Nikkor DX options, creating a complete Z-mount APS-C line for photography. The result is Pocketable enough to compel you to leave your smartphone in your pocket and actually capture beautiful photos again.The 56mm lens build quality is fantastic , rivaling Sigma , and a leap above my Nikon DX prime lens. It focuses quickly and quietly. Excellent tolerance on the metal mount, flawless aperature and pristine glass. The firmware update process was trivial with a usb cable, and improved focus quite a bit by reducing the amount of hunting in AF-C mode in one or two scenarios. Even computer novices could update within a couple minutes.With the Z30 & battery the weight comes in at 1lb 6 oz . that's half the weight of a similar full frame & lens, and a few oz more than a fixed lens travel zoom.It's my first Viltrox lens, having used Sigma & Tamron I expected some compromises, but right out of the box it exceeded my expectations.

Great lens, incredible value. You can look up reviews of the lens that talk about it's sharpness, whisper quiet autofocus and smooth bokeh. The item was delivered fairly quickly - although the DHL tracking didn't update until it was actually delivered (not really a critique on the product itself, just in case it happens to you).The lens itself is hefty, it's 1.337 kg or roughly 3lbs.It uses Viltrox's HyperVCM autofocus (a voice coil motor), when the camera is powered off this will absolutely shake, rattle, and jiggle around inside the lens. When the camera is powered on and the VCM is engaged, it's just like any other lens and feels solid.You can adjust the function of the buttons and the electronic aperture ring using the custom functions in your camera, but for some button functions or to turn off the screen (which is not useful to me), you'll need to download their app and configure the lens it using a bluetooth connection (admittedly this was fairly painless). I ordered this lens on day 1 and didn't find any other issues or any need to update firmware (yet).

El producto es muy bueno pero me llegó con algunas piezas faltantes, hice la devolución "sin ningún problema" y lo volví a pedir, esta segunda vez llegó perfecto. Me encantó la calidad de las foto que he podido conseguir hasta el momento, 100% recomendable

Ich habe das Viltrox 135 1.8 für Nikon Z vor 2 Tagen erhalten und bereits mit meiner Nikon Z 8 getestet:Wie bereits in einigen TestVideos hervorgehoben kann ich die Top-Schärfe bereits ab 1.8 bestätigen, beim "Ziegelwandtest" fielen mir eigentlich keine Vignettierungen und Verzeichnungen in den Ecken auf (habe am Apple Display auf 150-200% vergrößert).Die Farben werden sehr realistisch und (für mich) ansprechend dargestellt. Der AF funktionier einwandfrei und nicht langsam.Durch die geringe Naheinstellgrenze kann das Objektive quasi als HilfsMacro verwendet werden (siehe eines meiner beiden Fotos von einem Blatt) und der AF funktioniert hier fast schneller als mein Nikon Z 105 2.8 Macro.Die Verarbeitung ist einfach perfekt, besser geht es nicht, die Sonnenblende mit Gummierung am Ende erinnert mich an des Nikon Z 400 4.5.Das schlägt sich bei der Masse von ca. 1,2 kg nieder, ist aber bei dieser tollen Qualität akzeptabel.Thema BLENDENRING (eigentlich MULTIFUNKTIONSRING wie es auch richtig in der Viltrox Bedienungsanleitung zu lesen ist): Ich habe einige Kritiken von Sony-Linsen Besitzern gelesen, dass der Blendenring für Profifotografen ein NoGo darstellt da er nicht mit der Viltrox-App via Bluetooth abschaltbar sein soll und so beim Arbeiten irrtümlich die Blende verstellen werden kann. (Bluetooth Funktion via MobilPhoneApp habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert).Ich kann das Problem mit meiner Nikon Z8 nicht nachvollziehen:Auf der Z8 unter Button menu - Individualfunktionen - f Bedienelemente - f2 Ben.def. Bedienelemente (Aufn) kann der Multifunktionsring ohne Funktion oder mit anderen Funktionen (z.Bsp. ISO) belegen werden- so wie bei jeder Nikon Z Linse mit Multifunktionsring.Auch die beiden Funktions-Buttons können über das Cam-Menu angepasst werden (ebenfalls wie bei jeder Nikon Z-Linse mit Zusatz-Buttons).Und diese perfekte Linse koste relativ wenig - ich würde sie nicht mehr hergeben.Für mich die beste Preis-Leistungs 135 mm Linse!

Nach dem ersten Ansetzen des Objektives funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Nachdem die Kamera aus und wieder eingeschaltet wurde funktionierte der Focus nicht mehr. Weder AF noch MF.

Bonjour. Je viens de recevoir l'article acheté par l'intermédiaire d'Amazon, premier étonnement lorsque j'ai pris l'optique 135mm f/1.8 Viltrox dans la main, il y avait un bruit à l'intérieur de cet objectif et chaque fois que je le retournais ce bruit se faisait, déjà pas trop normal pour un optique à focale fixe, ensuite la mise au point restait bloquée sur l'infini , impossible de faire de mise au point, que ça soit manuel ou automatique. J'ai voulu faire une mise à jour de l'optique mais il n'apparaissait pas sur l'écran par connexion USBC, ni par bluetooth l'information disait impossible de se connecter. Je pense que cet article est défectueux et j'espère qu'il n'y en a pas d'autre de ce modèle. J'ai un 72mm f/1.2 Viltrox qui fonctionne très bien, ça veut dire que je sais comment il faut l'utiliser. Je pense que ce vendeur est à fuir. J'ai bien été déçu. A plus
