En el rango de precio del Fluke 117, este multímetro le da 10 vueltas al Fluke, hecho en Japón, con la función de escalamiento de pinzas amperimétricas, función de log para conectarse a la PC(se requiere interfaz), LoZ, un auto rango más rápido que el Fluke, muchas más funciones en general, sin duda, si vas a comprar un Fluke 117, echale un vistaso a esta belleza primero.

After buying a less expensive meter from another Japanese brand, that was not made in Japan (yeah, it makes a difference to me!), I went for the real deal. This Hioki meter is indeed, fully made in Japan. And the quality shows. This meter almost always gets high marks in online reviews, and so far for me, has been awesome.It's getting harder and harder to find products that are actually made in Japan. The other influencing factor is that I have owned two of Hioki's excellent pencil type multi meters, and have one here at home, and one at work, they are very high quality tools that are a pleasure to use, and accurate, and reliable.Highly recommended!

After a lot of research, I bought this meter for low and main power uses. It is made in Japan, so the quality is really nice, and hopefully it will last a long time. I can trust the Cat-4 rating for mains power.Although there are some drawbacks, I am very satisfied. The meter feels solid and high quality. It is very accurate and works well. Drawbacks are the dim backlight, the steep angle of the back-stand, and the constant beeping in Ohm mode.

I have been a big fan of the Hioki DT425x and 428x meters. I have personally owned the DT4256 and the DT4282. DT4282 is almost twice the price of the DT4256. Responsive and sensitivity continuity function, precise and huge dynamic range cap and resistance measurements, good frequency test, and solid auto ranging and filtering, overall responsiveness and reputability, all with a great design and reputation for safety. Lastly they are high quality meters made in Japan. Xi and his staff do not make these meters.

Hioki is not a brand known in India. It is made in Japan, made for technicians and for DIY hobbyists. Multiple models to choose from based on individual users need.Very quick to display result values - for all parameters. Unique in the way it helps check diodes, transistors and other semi conductors.Very happy with the purchase.
